Hi everybody my name is Jena.

I just wanted to say I am very new to Tumblr.

This is going to be my first time using it now bear with me. Since I’m new, that doesn’t mean I’m going to fail at it. I’m going to learn and grow with this, with you, and with myself.

I’m very fascinated with technology nowadays I think it’s a new way to communicate with others a new way to inspire people.  Not only that technology really helps us grow with learning and not only that with the people around us. You really truly know a person just by the stuff they post or the stuff they talk about.

My goal in life is to bring the light out of everybody. Not only that to give back to the world that I so called broken. Now hear me out I am only 19, but I have a lot of experience from all the trauma I have gained in my life.  I have a lot of lessons that I’ve learned from people. Now it’s my turn to take all the lessons I have learned in my 19 years of living, and give it back.

Welcome to my Russian roulette of- there's a probably a problem with my body but I don't know if I'm just neurotic or it's actually happening...

Last months episode was "do I have PCOS??" Short awnser is yes! I do have PCOS.

In this months episode I'm being neurotic about diabetes! And I can't tell if I genuinely think I might have a problem or I just feel sympathetic and want to relate to my best friend who has type 1 diabetes..

I remember a time around 9 years ago I woke up at like 6am and felt absolutely weak and miserable I had a headache I felt like crap and I was absolutely EXHAUSTED. (I was like 12.) I felt so bad I couldn't even get something to eat even though I was starving. And I was so tired I just went to bed. I ended up sleeping until around 10pm. Still felt shitty but it was wearing off and I stayed awake long enough to eat a snack then went right back to bed and that's all I can remember.

I know for a fact that I have had moments of low sugar but it usually corrected to what I can feel after I ate.

So I am on here asking for people's stories of their life with diabetes? I want to know as much as possible so I can be helpful to said best friend but also build my knowledge base on the condition.

(I will be scheduling a doctor's appointment for diabetes screening just to ease my mind)
