Greetings from the Guild, Gamers! I'm Guildmaster Jason. Welcome to What's New Wednesday This Wednesday, we're featuring a product that I personally am stoked about. It's Dungeons & Dragons Tactical Maps Reincarnated, and it's an official WOTC product. So, here's a little story. Nearly 3 years ago, when I first dove into D&D, I was shocked to find that the starter set didn't contain any maps or miniatures. Now, once I learned the ropes of the game, I realized these things aren't entirely necessarry for playing in 5th Edition. But I've always wondered why WOTC never released official D&D boards. I'd accounted this to the fact that the game is so versatile, it's hard to predict what you might need on a "board" so to speak. But this set comes with 20, that's right, 20 full-color tactical battle maps, featuring in-town settings, wilderness settings, and dungeon settings. The best part is, it's only $25, which is probably what you would spend in ink printing 20 of your own maps off of Google Images. So, if you scoop this up on Amazon, keep in mind that about a year ago WOTC also released a few Dungeon Tile sets that also included Dungeon settings, Town Settings, and Wilderness Settings. The new Dungeon Maps cover all of these, but if you wanted to go all out, for the price of about $100, you could never have to craft terrain again. For #whatsnewwednesday I bring my latest @target skincare haul for your viewing enjoyment! I’ve enjoyed @pacificabeauty ‘s Stress Rehab Coconut & Caffeine Facial Mask ever since I got it last Christmas in a ‘Glow Inside Out’ collection of beauty + wellness favorites at Target. I can always count on it to correct dehydration, redness, puffiness, inflammation, and dullness thanks to coconut, green tea, caffeine, and turmeric. Plus I love that it’s clean, cruelty-free, and vegan! Because I’ve had such success with that sheet mask I decided to try their Cosmic Clay Face Mask. It claims to “deeply cleanse skin & reincarnate skin balance” with 2 kinds of clay, Hemp + Orange Oil, & blueberry + açaí extracts. I’m excited to try it, so I’ll report back with results! I needed to refill our @cerave Moisturizing Cream + Lotion because ceramides, and duh it slaps. We’re never without either of these. Because my Target had so many empty shelves, I was not able to get the Pacifica & Versed toners + serums I wanted to trial. I decided to try an elf essence & Versed purifying clay mask. I chose the @elfcosmetics Hydrating Water Essence because it’s been a minute since I’ve incorporated an essence into my routine, and because I loved the ingredients. I’m interested in seeing how the combination of niacinamide, algae, coffee, Hyaluronic acid, and coconut water affect my skin. High hopes, people!! Also, the brand is clean, cruelty-free, and vegan. Love that! Finally, I went with the Find Clarity Purifying Mask based on the limited @versed options in stock. I am running low on pore cleansing masks and I’m excited for my first dive into Versed, so we’ll see what happens when I use this to spot treat any troubled areas. What’s New Wednesday is back!

Melissa has tweaked the map for the next update! There’s a new little bit of code that checks the distance between the player object and the object that the player is trying to interact with on the map. This allows us to block the players from interacting with objects that are way too far away and forces the player to move in the physical world to get close enough to them.

Welcome, Taylor Woodall, to the family of #CBYteachers! 🌸 With a background in dance throughout her childhood & teenage years, and a love for human anatomy & physiology, Taylor has always been a curious & inquisitive lover of movement. She has explored different movement modalities & forms of exercise over time, but didn’t start to truly cultivate a yoga practice until 2015.
