FNAF 2 Movie Speculations
Since it's been 3 weeks since the movie has been out and spoilers have been lifted, I'm going to talk about my idea of what could happen in the next movie; because it's quite obvious there will be a sequel because of the movie's massive success.
FNAF 2 Sequel?: The 2nd movie could be a sequel to the first. Let me explain: Since William the only owner of Freddy's and the only reason it hasn't been remade is dead that leaves other naive people to buy the place and use it. Whether it's a relative who has no idea of Freddy's and then got the location because of their name Afton or a person who isn't even related to William to begin with; this is because Vanessa is in a coma so it wouldn't go to her.
The Withereds?: I believe the Withereds will 100% come back and to explain why they are taller than before is that before the new place opened. The owner tried to remake them but because of old, worn down, damaged and outdated their servos and circuits are, they were forced to scrap it and use their parts for the toys; Freddy will still hate Mike of course because it wouldn't be fnaf without it.
The Toys: The toys will be a much bigger threat to Mike and Abby due to the fact that they are not possessed, so they will identify Mike either as an threat due to his past acts of violence towards people or their criminal system gets tampered by someone behind the scenes in debatable. This could mean more gruesome kills because I doubt the toys will have any sort of humanity in them, probably ripping part pieces of other people or the withereds.
Flashback scene?: I believe we will get more backstory on William and the place back in the 80s in the form of Flashbacks. How you may ask? By Vanessa, since she is in a coma this could bring in opportunities of seeing how William was like in the past. Also as a way to bring back Elizabeth Lail, they could do what they did to Mike and have her at some moments replace her kid version. Whether she wakes up to become Vanny because she can only remember William's good parts or his conditioning is all on the table.
New Characters?: If Vanessa does become absent to the main story of the movie, I would like to see some new characters, whether they may be important or not. First off on the list is Charlie, I could see her being an important character, replacing Vanessa in this movie. She could be a mechanic or technician for the newly established Fazbear Entertainment who works on the toys but feels a slight connection with the older models. She meets Mike maybe when he comes a night guard or day guard for the place? Yeah who knows I haven't thought that far ahead. Of course she wouldn't be a robot or a ghost possessing a body but let's be honest Scott might only put her as a reference.
Now for my second character I could see possibility happening is Gregory, since now we know that security breach characters are not off the table. Of course you would need to get rid of him having any interaction with security breach all together but keep him being a lost kid/orphan who breaks into the location but instead of the mall, it's the fnaf 2 location. Also adding him in can bring in another kid character for Abby to interact with. I know people hate him but what other kid characters can you think of that isn't dead?
Shadow Freddy may return and Max as well, maybe she becomes a babysitter to the missing children? Who knows, there really isn't a lot to speculate so I'll leave it off with that.
Oh yeah one more, Henry but not the same Henry no no; Henry Schmidt that's right what if Mike's dad is actually Henry. So far there's no solid proof that Mike's dad is Henry but there is some speculation that the technician in the tape could be him; even if they are different actors. But it is confirmed that he is still alive, he just left his family behind. If he does return, make him appear at the end and then make him a focus in the last and final sequel to the series. Another thing if he does return in the 3rd film, I hope Mike and Henry have a huge tension between them because of Henry leaving him and Abby and forcing Mike to step up as a father figure.
As for references: Toy Golden Freddy, Cassidy perhaps?, if Charlie isn't important maybe have her appear with a group of friends from the Silver Eyes, this would include Jessica, Carlton, and John and if Scott really want to go ham add in Marla, Jason and Lamarr. Also perhaps Dave? Not sure I'll let the community decide on what references there should be in the next film.
That's all I got for now, maybe I'll make a part 2 if if I ever get more ideas, tootles.

Headcanon of FNAF: (I got bored and decided to write something)
• Henry Emily served in the Vietnam war as a combat engineer. After his tour of duty, he vowed to build something that would bring joy and not destruction and death. Hence why he got into robotics and animatronics to create a kids restaurant. It would be in college that he met his wife and his future partner turned eventual enemy, William Afton.
• Michael Afton doesn’t speak with an English/British accent. He was raised in Utah and while I understand that his father was British, Michael was raised in American society and education system as well as the fact his mother was an American too. He does tend to use a British accent to mess with people or directly speak with his father. After being scooped and leaving his message, Michael Afton never uses the British accent again. Elizabeth speaks in a British accent because of her idolization of her own father. Evan Afton took after his brother until his demise in the hospital.
• Elizabeth Afton is actually a psychopathic and a manipulative child. She takes after William more than ever due to favoritism by her father and possible preexisting mental conditions (still debating on it). Even before becoming Circus Baby, she had tendencies to manipulate and lie to get what she want or to pin the blame on her brothers.
• Evan Afton possess the Golden Fredbear plushie rather than Fredbear due to the fact he ended up dying with the plushie in his arms rather than in Fredbears jaw. Michael found out after witnessing the plushie moving around and even calling him a jerk in the middle of the night for killing him. Needless to say, Evan did forgive Michael after realizing that Mike truly regretted what happened and the fact he was trying to do his best to atone with what happened and investigate the deaths around Freddy’s.
• Michael Afton was sixteen or seventeen when he was scooped by his own sister and the animatronics that formed Ennard. This happened in 1987 before the events of FNAF 2. He was either twelve or thirteen when the bite of 83 happened. As a result, Michael Afton never got a chance to graduate from high school, go to college or have a future family due to being scooped and turned into a tall teenaged purple zombie. (This part could change later on the more I flesh out stuff).
• Mike and Charlie were best friends and Mike often considered that they could have been more than friends in the future. However that was ruined when Charlie was murdered by William. After being scooped and trying to investigate his own home once he got back control of his own body, he discovered that William was the one responsible for her death. Mike was beyond pissed and when he encountered William in Fazbear Frights, he made it clear by using a crowbar on Springtraps kneecaps.
• Springtrap’s weakness is its knees. William Afton had sensitive knees before being springlocked into Spring Bonnie and that transferred over due to mixture of flesh and metal blending together. He learned this the hard way when Mike found him at Fazbear Frights and took a crowbar to his dad’s kneecaps on the day he first committed arson. William had managed to drag himself out of the fire but not without more damage to the suit. Even when he became ScrapTrap, his knees are always a weakness.
• Jeremy Fitzgerald is a veteran of Urgent Fury, having served in the 82nd Airborne. He’s not the same age as Michael nor knows him (sorry JereMike fans). He is the bite Victim of 87 and later on the same Jeremy in the VR department of Help Wanted.
• Mike Schmidt is actually a real person along with a fake name Michael Afton used in 1993. Mike Schmidt was the brother of Clara Schmidt who is Michael’s mom. He actually is the only member alive connected to the Afton family along with Michael (despite being a zombie). He is the one who encounters Michael and learned what the hell happened to him when they actually tried to apply around the same time at Freddy’s in 1993. In exchange for letting Michael use his name and getting this job, Mike began investigating Fazbear Entertainment and other places more easily than Michael while Michael was investigating on the inside at night due to his undead nature. Mike continued to help Michael even after the events of the Pizzeria simulator when Micheal Afton finally passed away in the flames. Mike was the one to make sure Michael was buried properly and given a place to rest.
• Gregory is not a robot or the crying child reincarnated. Rather he is the reincarnation Michael Afton given another chance at life (without realizing it) as well as in a position to stop William Afton again along with his followers. Hence why he’s a gremlin and has prior experience with certain tasks or knows stuff others don’t know.

Hey matey I love your blog (and thank you for reblogging your art!!) But I am so Lost in FNAF lore even as an avid follower so is it possible that I can get some context on what happened (even an abridged vers. Is appreciated, I'm totally clueless rn ansbakshdi)!! uwu
firstly thank you so much! i will do my best to make what i think is a succinct summary of the lore of the games.
Keep in mind that this IS abridged. I’m leaving out a lot of other details.
It might be more helpful to follow the trails of both William and Michael Afton. I’ll go game by game, though this is NOT in any chronological order. Time in the FNAFverse is touchy, tricky, and eraseable. But let’s do the best we can, yeah?
As of FFPS (FNAF 6 or the Pizzeria Simulator) it has been widely accepted that Michael Afton has been most, if not all, of the protagonists from the other 5 games. I believe this is based off of Scott’s Dawko interview. That interview is not only VERY enjoyable but is almost required for some lore experiences… even tho Scott said he wasn’t gonna reveal lore oops.
So in FNAF 1 we’re following Michael, going under Mike Schmidt, who is working undercover for a Freddy’s location. in this game we get mention of the 5 missing kids, that an employee was accused but no bodies or evidence was ever found. The Bite of ‘87 is mentioned, with someone being chomped in the frontal lobe, but no other info is really given about that scenario.
Michael reappears under Jeremy in FNAF 2. It is debatable whether FNAF 2 comes chronologically before FNAF 1; I personally don’t think it does. In FNAF 2, Mike does little but survive. There is a bit of lore in the tapes, referring to certain springlock suits that double as animatronics and costumes, but are very dangerous as they can snap and kill you.
On William’s side, we learn in FNAF 2 that William, here referred to as Purple Guy since we didn’t know who he was back then, was the one who lured the kids into the back room and killed them. The ghosts of the kids forced him into a rabbit suit, whose hair-trigger mechanics immediately killed him.
FNAF 3, Michael reappears as the Fright Guard, who has to fend off Springtrap - in reality the child-killer William Afton come back to life - as well as suffer attacks from Phantom versions of the animatronics. This story is a little more interactive on his side, as secret minigames prompt you to find and save the dead kids’ souls. All kids found and saved results in a good ending, so we’ll pretend that was the case. At the end of the game, the place is burned down, allegedly with Springtrap inside of it.
FNAF 4 - well, there’s a lot of debate here. FNAF 4, you play as a person, a kid, in an impossibly-designed house, being attacked by nightmarish versions of the animatronics. Meanwhile a story plays out involving a kid whose brother bullies and terrifies him constantly, ending with the kid being shoved into Fredbear’s mouth and having his head bitten. There is some debate whether the character we play as is the bitten kid (commonly known as Bite Victim or BV) or the older brother. There is also speculation whether the older brother is Michael Afton, which would mean that the Afton family consists of four known people: William, Michael, Elizabeth, and BV. I personally don’t think this is the case; i think BV and the brother belong to a different family.
William appears in FNAF 4 as the Purple Guy but is only seen helping an employee into a suit. There is something naturally ominous about this since we know he’s responsible for some murders, but it also shows us that he is alive at this point, meaning FNAF 4 is a prequel. How far back, we’re not sure, but many fans assume 1983 or 1987.
Sister Location/FNAF 5 canonically shows us Michael Afton, infiltrating an underground rental facility containing the Funtime animatronics. Michael is led/saved by a female voice, allegedly of Circus Baby, who is revealed to be another child of William Afton named Elizabeth. Michael collects a small chip from the Circus Baby animatronic shortly before being ‘scooped’, which results in his body being taken over by Ennard, an amalgam of all the previously-scooped Funtimes. ‘Michael’ is shown in various stages of decay before Ennard is ejected from his body. He strangely comes back to life, with Circus Baby’s voice assuring him that ‘he won’t die’. At the end cutscene, we see Springtrap emerging from Fazbear’s Fright’s ashes, over Michael’s narration that he is coming to find his father.
Out of the games, via back-and-forth source code from scottgames.com and fnafworld.com, we see a scene played out where Ennard rejected Circus Baby’s ‘personality’ from itself, after a row with the other animatronics Ennard contained. Circus Baby went on to get a new body, now known as Scrap Baby, and Ennard allegedly devolved to become Molten Freddy. Springtrap has returned in a worse condition, now known as Scraptrap, and the three find themselves attracted to a new Freddy’s location. This starts FNAF 6/FFPS.
FFPS also follows Michael, who uses a ‘make your own restaurant’ advertisement in order to confront the three scrap animatronics. There is an additional threat from a bear called Lefty, who has an ulterior purpose. After gathering all of the scraps and Lefty in the pizzeria, the trick is revealed - the pizzeria is actually an inescapable maze, which a mysterious man we call “Cassette Man” (or Henry - it’s most likely Henry) created in an attempt to destroy the scraps permanently. This also destroys Lefty. Michael has been given the choice to leave before the place burns, but the Cassette Man claims he thinks Michael will stay, which he does.
Through FFPS we learn a little more about William. He was Cassette Man’s/Henry’s partner and friend, who used that position to lure and kill several children. The purpose of this is suggested, as in FFPS we can see blueprints for Sister Location’s scooping machine, which is able to extract and inject something called ‘remnant’. It is theorized that this remnant can heal or bring people back to life, which is how William survived his springlock suit death. Cutscenes in FFPS show William, in the Spring Bonnie suit, interacting with a blonde girl (allegedly Susie) whom he lures in by telling her her dog hasn’t been killed but is with him. He also lures a boy whose father is abusive, breaking the child’s bedroom window and absconding with him, leaving rabbit footprints behind him. William is also seen killing a girl with a green bracelet, who is then protected/possessed by the Puppet.
Lefty’s goal is to contain the Puppet, leading to the Puppet and Lefty burning at the end of FFPS. Cassette Man states that the green bracelet girl was his daughter, who is now the Puppet, and who led other souls to peace (re: FNAF 2 where the Puppet brings souls to the animatronics).
UCN, Ultimate Custom Night, is not viewed as canon but does deliver us a nice slew of characters and voices and of course a little lore. There is MASSIVE debate whether the character we play as is still Michael or whether it is William Afton. Either way, UCN seems to be centered around a perpetual sort of Hell, where the player is subject to continuous attacks by various series characters. UCN theories would lead to ANOTHER essay-sized diatribe, which I’ll spare you. Honestly, watch a walkthrough, watch the ridiculous cutscenes, watch any video on it at all. It’s not canon so it doesn’t matter a whole lot.
FNAF VR or FNAF Help Wanted is a VR game where you play as a game tester. It is ‘revealed’ that all the other fnaf games were just a mockery (or a coverup) by Fazbear Entertainment Inc to eliminate suspicion that anything bad was happening at Freddy’s. You play through VR versions of the other games, and your success reveals a suspicious rabbity figure behind you. Tapes that you can collect reveal the presence of Tape Girl, who was another tester who saw some suspicious activity, namely the ‘possession’ of another tester named Jeremy. She eventually tells you that there is something malicious in the game’s code that can affect the player in the real world. You soon come in contact with this thing, which fans call “Malhare/Glitchtrap/Springbonnieman(file name)”. In the final level of the game, it tricks the player into a maze where it lies in wait at the end. You are eventually possessed by this glitch and end up at the point of view of Freddy on stage, signifying that you have been trapped in an animatronic. However, performing a series of commands before Malhare can ‘get’ you traps the rabbit in a plush form of itself.
And that’s not even counting the novel series!! Simple, right?? If I’m missing anything, please let me know. It’s not an easy series to understand.

Late Night Survival - Chapter 2 - A FNaF Fic
Rating: Mature
Pairing: Henry Emily & Mike Schmidt, Michael Afton & Mike Schmidt, eventual Michael Afton/Mike Schmidt
Tags: Possessed Animatronics (Five Nights at Freddy's), Ghosts, missing children incident, Mentions of Murder, Eggs Benedict is Michael Afton, Michael Afton is a Murderous Cinnamon Roll, Minor Character Death, Minor Original Character(s)
Summary: Animatronics shouldn’t move when they’re turned off. When it’s night, and the floor is silent, and the music has stopped, there shouldn’t be anything moving. Not the eyes that moved and caught the camera, not the bodies that twisted and turned as if ready to come alive at any moment, and not the sounds, as if someone was singing who had never before heard singing. Animatronics should be dead when they were turned off.It was Mike Schmidt’s sort of luck that the animatronics he was in charge of weren’t dead. Still, he had rent to pay, a job to do, and five nights to figure out just what the mystery was behind Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzaria. Really, how bad could it be?
Read over at AO3, or under the cut!
“Night two,” Mike muttered to himself. “Right. Maybe last night was just all in my head.” It wouldn’t have been the first time he had fallen asleep while on the job. As the lights shut off around him, Mike settled into his seat as the clock struck over to midnight, and he started up his next ‘training tape.’
“Uhh, Hello? Hello? Uh, well, if you're hearing this and you made it to day two, uh, congrats! I-I won't talk quite as long this time since Freddy and his friends tend to become more active as the week progresses. Uhh, it might be a good idea to peek at those cameras while I talk just to make sure everyone's in their proper place. You know… ”
“You definitely knew something,” Mike muttered, switching over to the cameras anyways. Last night he hadn’t noticed anything until almost three in the morning, but if they were supposed to become more ‘active…’ Alright. Everyone was where they were supposed to be. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Everything… was just… fine.
Except that suddenly one of the animatronics didn’t seem to be looking the way they had been before. Did one of them just move? These weren’t the best cameras, so he could just be imagining it. But… he could have sworn that Bonnie never used to be staring at him…
“Uh... Interestingly enough, Freddy himself doesn't come off stage very often. I heard he becomes a lot more active in the dark though, so, hey, I guess that's one more reason not to run out of power, right? I-I also want to emphasize the importance of using your door lights. There are blind spots in your camera views, and those blind spots happen to be right outside of your doors. So if-if you can’t find something, or someone, on your cameras, be sure to check the door lights. Uh, you might only have a few seconds to react…”
Oh, this old night guard sure as fuck knew about the animatronics. Mike hadn’t gone to sleep and imagined everything. These things were trying to kill him! Fuck, okay, he just- He just needed to get through this night. Easy. He needed to watch the cameras, keep an eye on the blind spots, and shut the doors when something got close. That was easy enough.
“Uh, not that you would be in any danger, of course. I'm not implying that. Also, check on the curtain in Pirate Cove from time to time. The character in there seems unique in that he becomes more active if the cameras remain off for long periods of time. I guess he doesn't like being watched. I don't know. Anyway, I'm sure you have everything under control! Uh, talk to you soon.”
Pirate Cove? He hadn’t seen anyone in Pirate Cove last- Jesus fuck! He was fucked! Who the fuck was that?! What the fuck was that?! He knew about ‘Foxy,’ but jesus fucking christ! How was he supposed to deal- He heard something. Flipping through the cameras, Mike quickly scanned them, trying to find what he had heard echoing down the halls.
Seeing Bonnie already in the dining hall, Mike felt all the blood rush away from his face as his heart pounded. Already? It wasn’t even one, yet, why was Bonnie already on the move?! Okay, okay, he needed to keep his calm. If he panicked and shut the door, that would take up battery he really didn’t need it to be taking up.
He just needed to wait until Bonnie got closer and… where was Chica? It was early should they really all be moving around like this? He was going to die. Oh, god, Mike was going to die . Right, fuck, right, he needed to be checking on Foxy more. Fuck, this was so fucked. This wasn’t a job, this was a suicide mission! Why the fuck was this place even open?!
Foxy looked like he was about to fucking run and Mike had a feeling he knew right where Foxy would run to and fuck this was so fucked . Okay. Okay, he just needed to… Where was Bonnie? Flicking the cameras, Mike screamed when he saw Foxy running down the hall towards him and shot towards the door switch, thanking his lucky stars and every power there was in the damned world that he was safe. He had managed to close the door in time and Foxy hadn’t gotten him.
The noises outside the door, though, had him backing away, shoulders shaking as he realized that there was a very, very strong chance that he was going to die that night. When the noises went away, he turned on the light and held his breath. Rather than shining through to the office brightly, something was blocking it, and he decided he’d rather not open the door and find out what - or who - was there.
Collapsing back in his seat for a moment, Mike scrubbed at his eyes before turning to look at the cameras again. If nothing else, he at least had something to keep him awake for the night, he guessed.
An alarm sounded from the clock, the lights flickered on, the noises stopped, and the animatronics retreated back to their stages. It was the same as last night. It was like clockwork. Slumping back in his seat, Mike sighed. He was going to develop heart problems if he kept at this the way he was. Hearing footsteps, he flicked the cameras. That Andrew guy.
He had asked if they moved yesterday… Was he in on it? Was he someone who was just there to scout out and make sure the ‘new guy’ wouldn’t go talking about anything? He wasn't sure what to make of him. "Hey, someone looks more awake this time!"
“Took your advice about the coffee,” Mike joked, feeling uneasy as he smiled at Andrew. “Not sure who has the worst shift, me or you.”
“Oh, yeah, sure, brag about it. You’ll get used to it. Just gotta get into the swing, you know? Same thing every week.” The fucker definitely knew.
Standing up from the chair, and trying to appear like he hadn’t just almost died, Mike cleared his throat, “Hey, do you know how to get in touch with the guy who worked here before me? I had a couple questions and I don’t think he’s been checking his messages on his phone.”
“Oh, him? All we can give you is his phone number. Can you believe the guy walked out on the job?”
“He didn’t give any kind of warning?” Or had he given one and no one had listened to him? “Seems weird. It isn’t that bad to work here at night.” Mike watched carefully for a reaction. A smirk, a look of surprise, anything . Andrew turned away from him, but Mike saw. He saw that twitch of the lips.
“Yeah. I came in to relieve him, and he wasn’t here. I looked around everywhere too, maybe he had to hit the can, or was checking something out. He wasn’t anywhere.”
“What an asshole,” Mike forced a laugh. “Alright, then, I’ll clock out and head out, then. Let me know if anything happens, I guess.”
“No prob. Go get some sleep.”
“Will do. Have a good shift.” Mike headed out and immediately decided that he needed to get in touch with the last guard immediately . If this night was bad, he couldn’t imagine how the third night was going to go.
Getting home and immediately heading to start a pot of coffee, Mike looked around until he found his phone book. It was time to end this. What was the name of the guy before him, anyway? Had he ever even gotten that much? Shuffling a few papers around, he found the note. ‘Steven Smith.’ Normal enough name, at least.
Looking through the book, Mike sighed as he saw there were a lot Smiths. This, he had a feeling, was going to take a while. At least he’d have his coffee, though.
When he finally found the Steven Smith that matched up to the phone number he had, he looked at the address and nodded. That wasn’t too far. He could walk there and make it in about a half an hour. Assuming the guy was home. If it was Mike, he probably wouldn’t leave his place for a month after that job.
Right. He’d take a short nap, if he could even manage that much, grab some coffee to go, and find out what the fuck was up with the place he now worked. Actually, forget the nap, he’d just have nightmares.
A quick to-go thermos and he was out the door and, with his quick pace, in front of Steven Smith’s house before he fully realized it, knocking on the door enough to let whoever was there know it was urgent. Hearing no answer, he frowned and pounded on the door again, peering through the window. No car in the driveway, either. Lights were all off… Something wasn’t right, here.
Maybe going around to the back would show a light left on or an open window that showed someone was home or something . Mike debated before finally doing it, deciding that the police likely wouldn’t be called if only because he was still dressed in his guard uniform. The windows were all closed up, curtains were drawn and it seemed like there wasn’t a single light shining through the curtains. That, more than anything, was suspicious. He would get going off the grid, but this was a bit much.
Climbing up a set of stairs to the back door, Mike knocked, calling out a loud, “Steven? Steven Smith? I’m here about your last security job!” No answer… Alright, Mike was officially classifying this as a bad feeling. Would he get in trouble for breaking and entering?
Screw it, he had just almost been killed by possessed machines with animals faces, he’d face the cops if they were called, but breaking in was the least of his worries right now. He’d done this as a teenager often enough. Pulling out a couple of his emergency tools, he only took a minute to jimmy the lock and open the door up. “Don’t shoot… I’m human.”
There was no sounds, no running or screaming, no movement, no anything . It was a silent as a graveyard at night. It was unsettling. Mike tried again, calling out a careful, “Hello? Steven Smith?” Touching a hand to the coffee pot, he frowned. Cold. Hadn’t been made anytime recently. This wasn’t good… Had the guy gone and skipped town?
“Uh, if you’re still here, I’m gonna look around a bit! Don’t shoot me!” It didn’t seem like he had just moved. The entire house seemed as if it was just waiting for the guy to come home. But if he had walked out on the job just a few days ago… Where was he now?
Mike didn’t have a good feeling about any of this. It all seemed… too much of a cover up, almost. Andrew said they skipped town, but Mike was starting to doubt that, now. If he came in to relieve the last night guard… On a Friday… When they were the most active… Oh no.
Fuck, forget Steven , it was Mike who needed to get the hell out of town. He needed… His rent was really, really close to being due. Oh, fuck, jesus, god , was he really thinking about dying to pay his rent ? Well… He supposed that was one thing. If he survived, he paid his rent. If he didn’t… Well, he wouldn’t have to worry about his rent anyway.
Screw it, why the fuck not. At least he had time to prepare tonight. There had to be something he could do to get more power into the room, at least. He just had to reason it out. Simple enough. And he needed to look more into Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria.
Okay. Sleep first, then research into surviving his new job. If he did this right, he would survive and manage to pay rent.
Okay. Right. He needed to find something. Maybe he could check some of the local papers? That was a good place to start. See if any of this bullshit made it into the news. If they were possessed , then something would have had to crop up eventually, right? The place had only been open for ten or so years at most… Maybe. Mike actually wasn’t sure when they had opened. Walking to the local library, Mike got to the circulation desk and grinned. “Hey there. Do you know where I can find some information on that Freddy’s kids diner?”
The librarian stared at him, slowly raising her eyebrows before shaking her head and gesturing towards a corner. “Try the local newspapers, hun.”
“Thanks. I like to look into the places I work at.” He made his way to the corner she’d pointed out. Alright. Maybe he needed to see about any disappearances last week. Someone would have had to have reported a missing person, right?
If nothing else, there should be a few things that he could at least look into, starting with Steven Smith himself. Amazing. Nowhere was there a mention of a missing ‘Steven Smith.’ But… Well. Who would be looking for a single guy, living by himself?
It would be the same if Mike himself were to just up and… disappear… Fuck . He wasn’t hired because they were desperate and he had experience. He was hired because if he went missing, no one would even notice . It was like they were fucking sacrificing people . All he needed to do was last the fucking week. Just three more nights. That couldn’t be so hard.

-Evidence would suggest that the “opening” of Circus Baby’s Pizza World was concurrent with The Bite of ‘83
-Michael is the Bite victim here, said bite takes place at the Diner.
-Michael Witnesses Charlotte’s murder/death, or he witnesses Baby(adult Charlie) kill Elizabeth.
-Toy animatronics are literally toys at this time/the funtime animatronics
-Nightmare BB is still canon
FNAF2 1987 -Grand Reopening
-The original Pizzaria Location reopened
-The nights leading up to the Bite of ‘87
-Jeremy Fitzgerald is still the victim of the bite.
-Interestingly enough reopening implies that the location has been used before… Further information that’s able to be pointed out can be found here.
-Toy models have facial recognition systems, hinting that there was a previous case of five missing children.
-Who was the previous Night Guard before Jeremy?
-Fritz Smith takes the job and gets fired the same day.
Closed and Downsized before Reopening Again
-Phone Guy takes the Night Guard post and dies
-Who is phone guy really(?)
FNAF1 1993
-Place literally closes right after you’re fired.
-Also this is the reopened original location? Possibly…
-Smaller size than the second place and they’re left with the updated Original Crew
-Separate Mike, because eye colours
-Ghost children are possessing the Animatronics
-WHERE IS THE MARRIONETTE?
Closed and Abandoned
-Purple Guy comes back and disposes of the Animatronics leading to his own death and rebirth as Springtrap
-Springtrap is 100% William Afton
-Some of the ghost children move on?
FNAF5: Sister Location
-You are Michael and you get Scooped
-Michael is a robot built by Henry(?)
-After the franchise got shut down.
-Ennard, who is the original five melted down into the funtime animatronics and then into him.
-Has to take place long after everything has been “forgotten”
-Beneath the Emily Family home seen in FNAF4
FNAF3 2023
-You play as a guard at the horror attraction… making light of the tragedy from years ago.
-Only one suit left, Springtrap! AKA The Murderer aka Purple Guy.
-Unknown Night Guard
-Finally the remaining children can move on.
-What exactly is the Marionette doing here?
FNAF 6/Pizzaria Simulator
-This is the end folks
-You are Michael
-Henry talks(?!?!)
-This is a trap
-Baby has split off. LEFTE is the Puppet, Let’s get the band back together!
-Burn the nightmare.
Custom Night(William in Hell) & FNAF VR
-Golden Freddy/The one who shouldn’t have been killed torments the original William for eternity
-William is Glitchtrap and wants your body
-How many Williams are there now?
-Scott is Canon, as a “raving lunatic” who was paid to make the games and make all the events seem ridiculous.
Big Questions
Exact number of children killed? Possibly eighteen dead children altogether…
-Five at the original location(likely the GO GO GO Foxy minigame)
-Charlotte Emily(Fazbear’s Diner)
-Afton’s Daughter/Elizabeth Afton
-Crying Child/Michael Emily
-Five Children at the FNAF2 Location
-Is the Newspaper’s report a different incident again?
How is the Management this horrible?
Do either of the canon Phone Guys have names aside Phone Guy and Phone Dude? Question, is Sammy Emily from the books the OG Phone guy based on Foxy being his favourite?
When exactly did Mangle replace Foxy? Since FNAF2 is a Reopening that means Mangle was around in the previous iteration of the location as well… Does that mean that the Diner is even older than my initial predictions?
Is Henry the true villain considering he’s the one who actually made the animatrionics while William was the bookkeeper? And if so what’s actually going on here? Ugh, this series is ridiculous… Also, I still hate William for him because I was used to Vincent being his name(who knows where it came from but it was everywhere once…). Which yeah… it’s more like a bit of backlash…
Scott has made himself canon in the series
Who is Tape Girl?
Henry in the books has two Children
William Has one
This works if you think of how the family is presented in the minigame. Two kids. Two boys, because Charlie died. And if she were recreated but Michael wasn’t in the books. And William has one child… a daughter. Elizabeth.
It makes sense.
But YMMV
A lot is still up for interpretation and debate. But this is my timeline for now. So whoop!
