My Thoughts: Oh my god, what a fantastic fic. I feel healed, refreshed, and reborn after reading it. Draco's dialog had me laughing alone in my room, and Harry's ruminations had me rethinking my life. This story's approach to adulting up (or more like watching your friends become adults while you're trying to figure things out) is truly gold.

Officially, Auror Potter has been assigned to the duty of Draco’s probationary officer after he is released from house arrest. Unofficially, Harry’s being pressured by the Head Auror to drum up false accusations against him.

Draco is working as a professional illustrator and calligrapher. Harry doesn’t believe Draco is still a criminal, but there’s something strange about Draco’s portfolio - and Draco never, ever lets him get a look inside it.

Author’s note: My original intention with this fic was to write a bit of fluff about Draco doodling Harry’s name in his notebook, and what came out was a snarky, slow burn case fic and something close to an artistic manifesto. I like this better. Word Count: 58553

My Thoughts: What a joyous fic! The writing was fresh and funny. It had me smiling like an idiot at my desk. Overall, this was a feel-good fic that pleasantly surprised me as I turned the page.

My Thoughts: Though this is a compact fic, it is brimming with love and tenderness! I love how each entry is so carefully crafted in Draco’s and give us a peek into his life with Harry. So sweet! So good!

My Thoughts: This is a delightfully indulgent fic that is wholly satisfying and warm. Harry and Draco have wonderful chemistry, and there is just the right amount of snark to keep their interactions snappy and smart. My Thoughts: This is the first Drarry fic I (re)read this year, and it gave 2024 a joyful start! Who_la_hoop's characterization of Draco, simmering with desire and desperation, and Harry, struggling to figure out his life, is one of my favorites, and I was delighted by each chapter. This fic is also nice and lengthy, perfect for a long weekend. My Thoughts: This is a fun Draco-centric fic! I loved seeing this alternative world, and the shadow of a Gryffindor Draco kept me hooked. The fate of the alternative world Lucius and James Potter also had my brain set ablaze.

My Thoughts: This is one of those fics that had me (hypothetically) screaming from my rooftop over how amazing it was. Draco’s engaging voice kept the story moving and made the fic immensely comforting. This story is a cup of hot chocolate for the mind: rich, indulgent, and soothing.

Draco as Tommy was absolutely perfect, chef's kiss! Draco's extended family fit perfectly in this universe, and I adored Narcissa. Harry also added real strength to the story, especially regarding his relationship (or lack thereof) with Sirius.
