Cinco conclusiones de extrañarle.

1. Me gusta pensar que usted está bien y que cuando me dan esos vacíos en el estómago por extrañarle usted también los siente y sabe que le extraño. De esto también me gusta pensar que los siento porque usted me extraña también un poco y para no decírmelo con la inclemencia del código binario me retuerce el estómago desde lejos. 2. Extraño ese sonidito que hacía cuando pensaba, ahora todo es muy silencioso cuando me toca pensar a mi en mis cosas y no hay nada como de fondo diciéndome que también piensa conmigo. De esto, descubrí que el silencio puede ser muy abrumador a veces, especialmente cuando pienso y cuando quiero hacer mis pobres imitaciones de Chewbacca para verle reír. 3. Recordarle que tiene los dedos más bonitos que he visto.

4. Espero que siempre me recuerde como esa persona que le echaba mucha sal al desayuno, que se dormía tarde y se paraba demasiado tiempo en la ventana porque le gustaba ver los gatos del vecino. Que mi caldito no era tan rico como el del domicilio, pero que lo hacía con mucho cariño, prueba de eso era mi mirada inquisidora a la olla durante el tiempo de cocción.  5. Que le agradezco por el droide dorado, por cogerme la manito en la calle porque usted sabía que yo siempre pasaba sin mirar, por dejarme tocarle la naricita en los viajes en automóvil y por enseñarme a sentir otra vez.

Divine Ingenuity . 2024 . I couldn't pinpoint what it was about the name I chose for this piece until I couldn't take it any longer and googled it only to realize it's the name of that one event where u create ur own domains lol. Tbh I think such event also suits CR so I'll see it as my subconscious being aware of it.

. I've loved Cloud Retainer ever since we met her for that first time on Liyue's Archon quest, to finally have her as a playable character and her being such a compelling mother figure just makes my heart melt. I loved every second of this patch's quests that included her ♥

Scarring Passion 10.03.2024

Kaveh was an immediate favorite of mine when we learned about him in the game. It dawned on me pretty fast afterwards that the favoritism was stemming partly from feeling reflected in him, which is sweet and emotional but also a tough realization. Kaveh is an idealist and too empathetic for his own good, a creative soul and big heart whose life experiences have irredeemably affected his mental health. Will Stetson's Writing on the wall is an amazing approach to Kaveh's character, the song was on a loop multiple times while I drew this piece. It's hard to put into words just how much this character's existence means to me, since, despite of the blows life's thrown at him, he still continues to be his own form of soft. I feel like he makes me realize that I, too, have remained my own form of soft, but that the inherent guilt of not being the soft I think I should be has made it difficult to show up for myself sometimes and it derives into unhealthy coping mechanisms (although I'm not an alcoholic but gaming and oversleeping are their own form of worrisome escapism lmao). He reminds me of the passion for the craft and the world itself overpowerng the instinct of preserving oneself. Kaveh lacks boundaries because he doesn't respect himself over the benefit of others, and at least, thankfully, I've started to learn that lol. I think the character personality design team did a wondeful work with him. There's a lot of nuance in genshin characters, hoyoverse in general for that matter, and I truly appreciate that we get to enjoy these fictional character's lives and find the light they so beautifully keep in themselves, maybe to be able to find it in ourselves as well.

Ah man, too many things I'd say as well but I'd express myself better in Spanish and even then it would be a bunch of rambling because mind goes faster than hands lol

I really loved doing this artpiece. I've wanted to draw Kaveh for months and started two other drawings before this that I didnt really like and scrapped. I hope I draw him again in the furute 💖

Violent Softness . 2024 I owed Shenhe a fanart! I had started one a few months ago but i abandoned it bc i didnt really like how it was looking (also bc drawing genshin designs is excrutiatingly painful and my mind refused to do it lmao). I started this this week and decided to not render it too much so i wouldnt feel overwhelmed by it. Really really liked the end result :') Let me know if you'd like me to upload it to inprnt for prints! :)

A vow for eternity . 21.02.2024

I am aware of the multiple interpretations of the Persephone and Hades relationship and how most of them obviously reflect the culture of their time. Personally I can't help but feel a very loving nature emanating from them, a growth despise the mistakes that get brushed off as he can do that because he's, well, him. Personally I also think Lady Persephone can be way more severe than Lord Hades and she's definitely ✨her✨, so the multiplicity of her story is in the end a vindication for female empowerment. I am by no means claiming my interpretation as truth and everyone will have different feelings about them, but yea every time I think of them I just feel love.

I had this drawing started for ages and honestly had forgotten to finish it. I want to draw them more so I'm just gonna leave this one as is and revisit my interpretation on them when I get the time again. 💖

14.04.2024 Serenity Flora was my favorite Winx and felt the need of drawing her a few days ago so here's the result. I liked the one with the blur and color for an old-ish tv look but I also like the effect-less one too much to not publish it so lol don't know if I'll do the other Wwinx girlies, maybe Stella, and potentially one of the Trix, we'll see

The Fool One of this year's "goals" is to allow myself to be messy again. Back when I'd work with acrylics and the like, my "style" was somewhat messy and intuitive and that was something I lost on my road of going digital. I also realized that for years it's been near impossible for me to post sketches/unfinished art. Like yes WIPs, but I never leave them at that. And so I wanna change that this year, to be able to take off this self imposed straight jacket. And Vash is my muse for those things and also he embodies the Major Arcana The Fool so well it felt fitting to do this first test with him ♥ I'm thinking mixing my interest (Tarot) with characters would be very fun! And I'd love to take commissions on it, do let me know if it's something you'd like :)

It'll be fine . 4.03.2024 Nanami Kento was an instant favorite when I first saw Jjk S1 and then going thru the manga and S2. Not only because of him being a cute looking fictional man lol but also because of what he represents and his development through the story. I'm glad we all really love him too bc i love coming across other fanarts. Never enough Nanamin. Him and Choso are my favs, so I might draw Choso later on, but we'll see. AND Maki. But that one will have to wait till her "glow up" gets animated lol EDIT: forgot to say i added some beauty marks because i just feel like he'd have them and they look pretty on him okbye I'm really happy with this drawing, I hope Nanami is happy too ✨🥺. Gege makes some….interesting….creative….decisions….. gegewhenicatchugege Anyway hope you like it 💖😊

Delicate Sagacity . 2024

2024 might be the year for me to do fanart more constantly.... (laughing at myself). Ruan Mei from Honkai Star Rail bc Hoyoverse's got me on a chokehold and I use genshin and hsr to escape from reality, as one does amirite. I have a sketch for Yae (genshin) ready, but will probably do some other drawings before that one. I'm liking the "portrait with scenery" vibe from my past few pieces (fanart and original), might turn it into a full on series we'll see Should I upload this as a print? Also pls commission me lol :')
