#so completely exhausted today#had like the worst breakdown i remember#was made awfully aware of how much i need ppl supporting me in life#i mean ppl who really care and understand me and are there for me#dont have that at all except for one person#and thats not good#the possibility of being completely alone makes me absolutely freak out#all this loneliness and helplessness is just too much to handle#and tbh i dont know why its just all getting worse#and just new shit on top of everything#can it just finally stop?#i have no energy any more#personal
