Always have and probably always will, like it’s their body and they got to live with it.

Day 10

Probably sugar and food that contains flour.

Day 11

I don’t have a favourite but wannabeweightless has good suggestions.

Apples, iced tea sandwiches.

I don't have a scale at the moment. When I get one, I'm going to post my weight weekly and keep myself motivated.

never full enough.

it’s the worst feeling. never being full enough. never enough joy or happiness or love or content. a lacking so great that you turn to the only thing that will make you feel so physically full, in a dismal attempt to create a false reality to trick your mind and ultimately your heart, food. I hate it, i want nothing of it, but its the only thing i know that will bring me to a place where i feel full. even if its laced in shame. even if it leaves me wanting to never eat again. recovery becomes a joke after so many years. i don’t know anything else. i don’t know anything other than the scales or the numbers. what else is there? then again i guess too much of anything leaves you with shame. And that is how i live, either too empty or too full but always drowning and drenching in the dressing we call shame. and just like with salad shame makes things taste better because it justifies everything. don’t eat that because shame says you’re too heavy, don’t wear that because shame says you aren’t thin enough, don’t say that because shame says they wont like you. and so you hate shame because it restricts you but then you love it because it keeps you grounded. so grounded. so grounded you’re in the ground, buried, and no one knows you’re there or that you’re suffocating that you cant breath.
