Fun after the races! We road Remy, had a drink with Aurora, received a free adorable dessert from Le Cellier, took fun pics with @mruth128 and our hard earned medals, visited the princesses so I could see their reaction to my incredible hat from @karenmichelleh and last, but not least, was the dessert party and my favorite were these REAL buttercream cake push pops, that were delicious!!! Here are some pictures I took along the way! I wanted to stop for characters, but I wanted to finish even more. I missed Friar Tuck, but I’m ok with that. I lost Mary around mile 10, and didn’t start running with her again until mile 24, in the mean time I ran with Gina. Running into Hollywood studios after they open and have complete strangers cheer for you was such an amazing feeling. I could hear them before I turned the corner and saw them. Simply amazing!! I’ll be posting about this race for a while, mainly because I still can’t believe we did it!!! What an amazing experience! @mruth128 and I completed an intense challenge! This is the ending, finishing the full marathon, crossing that finish line, and then recovery. We cried, we hugged, we took our official pic, and then we took an ice bath while sipping champagne. I’m so glad I did this with her! Now it’s time to enjoy Disney and eat and drink all the things!!! Thank you everyone for the encouraging words, but mainly the prayers! Those prayers worked!
