Side note? Is the bunny kept around after? Sort of like a mascot for the LL/service animal of the LL?

Well at first Magnus tried to "arrest" the bunny

They then named the rabbit "Drift 2" much to Drift's annoyance (the other option was "Ravage 2" but Ravage threatened to call the DJD... Ok joking, but he did threaten to kill them all)

"Drift 2" now lives with both Ten and Ratchet :) (They exchange care for the rabbit every other week)

wada sez: I’ll just leave Pirrie’s summary of what’s going on here: “The human, Hunter O'Nion, had already been turned against his will into a Headmaster component for the Autobot Sunstreaker by Scorponok. The pair were eventually physically disconnected, but when Bombshell learned of the human he kidnapped him and used him as a kind of 'hub' to hack into the Autobot defense systems. This scene is only really meant to illustrate a possibility of what that must have been like for Hunter, since it all happened off-panel.” Sunstreaker and Ratchet appear in vehicle mode in the first panel. Hunter’s distorted mind-state is represented using washed-out newsprint coloring, to distinguish it from the more stylistically-modern present. Further comments from this strip’s creators on deviantART give some context for its creation. Priest said: “(Evil laughter.) I like Hunter, but I like Bombshell more. Heh, this and "Still Life" were written months and months apart, which is why I never considered them companion pieces, but they do work well together, don't they?” Pirrie clarified: “Whereas I first read them back to back, and that was the natural conclusion for me! I can just imagine verity having colored hair and it fades as she's running with the wreckers and they know nothing about human health.

Her hair grows and faces and they're *worried* like why is the human fading!? Is she ill, injured?

You've said before that Prowl dies at a very advanced age. If he outlives Optimus, Ratchet, and the rest of the gang who are roughly around his age, is it basically just Roddy and Drift left at the end, hating his guts when he goes? Does anyone go to his funeral (aside from Green and Verity)?

If there’s anything I know about police, it’s that they’re big on funerals. Prowl probably gets a massive sendoff: twenty-one gun salute, parade, the works. All cops, no friends.

(Verity is there but as a journalist, layering context over the spectacle. Green mourns quietly on her shoulder.)

Tumblr NERFED me the last time I tried to write this so clearly I just need to think about it

But one day I will write something about Sins of the Wreckers, and how I like to think that Tarantulas curing Verity from her radiation sickness was both a Massive Snub at Prowl for seemingly tossing away everyone once they're no longer useful to him, (including this wonderful organic who is risking her life to fix his mistakes) and also a Huge peacocking thing (aka Look Prowl, aren't I still so smart and clever?? Look, I fixed your useful organic, remember when I was useful??)

The whole thing boils down to Tarantulas, essentially bringing a bouquet of roses back from the dead for Prowl. Unfortunately for him, Prowl has the emotional availability and intelligence of an amoeba, thus rendering it a Moot Point.
