made breakfast and wrote my shopping list and cried for 20 mins on the floor its one of those days i guess
#ik its just bc im not good with travel/change + last couple days have been a Lot + im ill + still on my period + my rsd is triggered and#its ok letting it wash over me and then once its passed im going to do this food shop. just have to get thru today#.diaries#no one asked if I got in alright last night no ones asked me how it was the last few days or how im doing or :^(#the one of my flatmates that was here last night just warned me abt the stuff theyd been dyeing when i got in they didnt even say hi#how was ur seven hour journey i havent seen u in a week!! nope#or hows ur family doing hows ur alcoholic mentally ill mother and the funeral for her abuser that she went to a few days ago lmao#its fine someone will talk to me later. maybe and if not ill feel better by then anyway and wont need it#urgehrh why do i feel so TERRIBLE. i feel so mean and bitter this isnt like me#blegh ok brushing my teeth and going out i can do this#.vent
