WHAT DIDN’T HAPPEN? ＂ the laugh that slips through split lip is humorless. fiona thought she’d hit 𝚛𝚘𝚌𝚔 𝚋𝚘𝚝𝚝𝚘𝚖 before, but this? this was something else entirely. this felt worse than rock bottom; like she’s sinking lower & lower, and she’s 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 how to fucking swim. ＂ ford is married. i showed up at his house and his fuckin’ wife opened the door. kids too. totalled the car. turns out that, uh, that 𝚒𝚗𝚟𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 i made? fell through. gotta sell the apartment block, so . . . i’m broke and back at the gallagher house indefinitely. ＂ a pause is taken to master composure, nose wrinkling before she pushes on. ＂ but none of that matters in comparison to the fact that i’m such an asshole, i forgot to be there for you when you needed me. ＂ and that’s the real kicker of it all. letting herself down is one thing. fiona can survive a little self - destruction here & there. the gallaghers were BUILT to, but letting the kids down? that’s always what keeps her awake at night, 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚋𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 still running deep. ＂ i’m sorry. i should’ve been there. ＂

＂ 𝐬𝐨 𝐢’𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝. ＂ way to sound like a stalker, duquette. he chuckled at his own inner thoughts, sliding into the chair opposite. ＂ i check in at the hospital from time to time. make donations, volunteer where i can. sometimes i even pop by just to visit. one of the nurses gave me a very brief overview of what happened. ＂ it might seem odd . . . for a man now HEALTHY to stay so attached to the hospital he used to long to avoid, but how can he not show gratitude when their transplant is what gave him a second chance at life? in his opinion, it would be rude not to keep updated. ＂ we weren’t gossiping, i promise. just querying where all the familiar faces had gone. looks like there’s been a lot of changes since i was a patient. ＂ he shifted to get comfortable, hands closing together to settle in lap while offering derek a faint smile. if there’s one thing denny understands, it’s the struggle of recovery. his own took far longer than he cared to admit. ＂ i can imagine. it sounds like you took one hell of a hit, dr mcdreamy. ＂

Verses ( An Incomplete List )
001 — angeldust: cyberpunk verse, set roughly in 2125, and for the most part in Seoul, South Korea and Tokyo, Japan. people ( in certain but not all ) overpopulated areas are required to apply and pay for a license to have children on their own; Fang's mum didn't have such a license and someone snitched on her, so Fang was taken away when he was maybe 5. he is convinced she is dead, but afraid she isn't and has spent the last almost three decades under torture or similarly terrible conditions instead. he's been raised by the government and was sold to an agency ( simply called the Agency ) that fronts as a prestige artist agency, having models, actors, and even idols signed to them, but does actually rent their artists out as escorts ( if you want to be nice ) to the richest people for basically all kinds of things: nights spent together, as actual escorts for events, but also sex, and any kind of violent urges you can imagine. the team at the agency is able to "repair" the escorts when they get back, turned into carnage, and even reanimate them in almost all cases. Fang is specifically known at the agency to be able to endure the worst kind of violence, and that's almost always why he's rented: to serve as an outlet for all those rich CEOs who are so incredibly stressed they need a human punching bag and so incredibly rich they can just rent one for a few hours. he's the most expensive escort at the agency and is part of their angel program — he got his own room, more freedom and privileges, in exchange for being made addicted to a personalized drug that the agency uses to control him | Fang in this is roughly 30, grew up in Taiwan, then in South Korea. he was only recently saved and removed from the agency by one of his clients and is now trying to somehow live instead of just survive day to day, while battling with his trauma and his addiction recovery. also has ties to the Yakuza now. looks like he could kill you but is a cinnamon roll. often believes people are lying to him, doesn't trust easily, but falls for people who show him the bare minimum of respect and human decency. ties knots into his own or other people's clothes for comfort.
002 — temple ruins: urban fantasy verse, set in the 1980s and in the Greater Yuun Region, which is an alternate history version of Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and China. magic exists, and mythical beings live among humans undetected. the technological advances are at least three or four decades ahead of schedule. Fang is a Taiwanese fairy deity whose followers are slowly but surely declining. as he helps out a group of mundanes to get an audience with a local dragon, the dragon demands payment, and picks Fang as such in a rush of nostalgia, remembering his mother telling him stories about Fang's kind when he was a lot younger. it also becomes clear that Fang has started to fade from the world with his follower count declining rapidly, and the dragon wants to save him. needless to say, Fang is less than amused about the whole situation, but the dragon's lover is a warlock and he manages to wrap Fang into a sort of second skin made of magic that keeps him existing in a sort of vacuum between dimensions while he physically exists in that timeline. so Fang has no real choice but to stay for now, and settle into the temple the dragon, his warlock lover and a local love deity call their home. shenanigans ensue. | Fang is a couple hundred years old in this and rather wild. he's stubborn, can't lie, and he would never admit that he's slowly falling for the dragon whom he keeps accusing of kidnapping and keeping him away from his people. he can also shift into a larger rabbit with little antlers, and possesses fairy magic.
003 — midsummer: university verse, set in the 2020s, in a smaller town in the US. Fang studies "something with languages" and classical literature, and has just managed to get a job as one of the professor's assistants. he grew up in Taiwan, but after his mother's death and the subsequent selling of their orchard, Fang grew up in foster care. he speaks a handful of languages at different levels of fluidity, and decided to take the chance and study abroad. sorta hooking up with a coursemate but it's complicated. | mid-twenties, very bi. is working extra hard to keep the prof's approval. his dream is to buy back the orchard and build the business back up, if only to spite the people who bought it and removed the apple trees he so loved.
004 — appleseed: alternate history medieval fantasy verse. in which Fang's father is a European General trying to take over the island Fang grows up on, and his mother is killed when she attempts to flee from him. Fang deserts when the army from the mainland lands on the island to fight against the foreigners, and saves a group of casters / mages before being taken into the mainland army. rises to lieutenant as one of their best archers, fights alongside a small group he soon calls friends and falls for his General. court intrigue and forbidden feelings between said General and the soon-to-be empress bring issues and blood to their doorstep, and amidst all the pain and fear of the looming war Fang desperately attempts to keep his rank, resurrect the man he loves and deal with the grief and the guilt he's put on himself. | mid-twenties. ties knots as lucky charms. deadly afraid of losing the people he love. self-destructive tendencies. really likes apples.
005 — trustfund dreams: set somewhen in modern times, in Mokpo, South Korea. unlike the other timelines, Fang is not an orphan in this one; a typical trustfund baby, he's the CEO of a company that's specialized in soju, makgeolli and similar drinks made from locally grown rice, barley and other grains. | late-twenties, sorta dating his secretary and batting his eyelashes at his bodyguard, Fang is rich, a bit stupid, playful, inexperienced, and annoyingly used to getting what he wants. someone should tell him to stop making hiring decisions with his dick, probably.
006 — vino: present day. no set setting. grown up in a foster family in the US, Fang finds out about a half brother in the mafia somewhen in his mid-twenties and gets pulled into a mob thriller where he has to trust his brother to protect him from people who want to see him dead, while he struggles to deal with the constant moving and the always temporary seeming social circle. especially when he starts falling for his neighbour. | late-twenties, has worked as a model before, is doing a boring desk job now to lay low. has a cat named Bagheera who moves everywhere with him. still very untouched by violence despite everything, fun to be around and yet relatively quiet and introverted. has a lot of plans but can't execute any of them because he doesn't know what tomorrow will bring. jealousy tendencies.

Welcome to Nevermore University where; outcasts, freaks, and monsters can find solace. Our mission is to help each student master their extraordinary abilities through world-class academics and unique extracurriculars. Founded in 1801, ten years after Nevermore Academy – so that students can continue their specialized education through their bachelor’s.
About: Nevermore University is a murder and mystery group verse. Where players will try to uncover what is going on – through events, missions, and plot drops. No prior knowledge of Nevermore Academy/ Wednesday is required – we are merely adopting the worlds lore.
RULES
001. No Drama ooc. IC drama is fine, in fact we encourage it.
002. Any major plots/sub plots have to be run by the admin team first, if we see something that we deem to be a major plot we may come to you to discuss to see if it fits in with our overall group! (Aka pregnancies, marriages, possessions, death, anything that could interfere with the over arching plot. etc.) You must include Phantom & Evie & Z in all plot approval group chats.
003. You are allowed to have 4 characters.
004. This is a mature group, 18+. No minors allowed.
005. Include everyone! Don’t exclude people because you don’t like their character, etc.
006. OCs are welcomed and encouraged!
007. Duplicate fcs are allowed if the first person to take the fc agree to it.
008. You can write all nsfw (violence, sex, blood what have you) - as long as you do it in a spoiler tag.
009. PLEASE put all triggers you have in triggers. Rping triggering topics is allowed - as this is a horror roleplay. Threads that involve triggering topics should have TW: (whatever the trigger is) in the TITLE of the thread- so people know to avoid it. Also put especially descriptive triggers in a spoiler tag. Just to cover all bases.
010. Characters may be a variety of mythical creature; but it is pending mod approval for more exotic/powerful creatures.
011. No bubble rping - make sure everyone is included.
012. Try to branch out and include as many people as possible. We know you may not be able to interact with everyone, but try your best not to exclude anyone.

001 - MAIN . after the war hermione has a plan. finish her education with a clean sweep of oustandings in her N.E.W.T.S, get a job at the ministy, work her way up the chain until she has some power to do real good in this world. and that's what she does. she works her way up to a top position in the department for the regulaton and control of magical creatures, hoping to better legislation with her special insterest in improving the lives of house-elves. during this time she struggles with the aftermath of the war in her personal life. she has nightmares and ptsd and though optimistic about her work at the ministry, she can't help but feel a little bogged down by how slow the processes are.
002 - AUROR . while her original goal had been to work on care of magical creatures, hermione ends up in magical law enforcement as an auror. she does some field work, however is more preoccupied with the planning and delegating of missions. her post-war struggles hit her even harder in this verse as her work regularly puts her into dangerous situations not dissimilar to her school years.
003 - HOGWARTS . set at any time within hogwarts years, though my preference falls towards it being hermione's so called "eighth year" when she goes back to school after the war in order to complete her N.E.W.T.S while juggling assisting the repairing of the castle and her own ptsd.
004 - WAR . voldemort didn't die in the battle for hogwarts. he was injured and went into hiding, but the war continued into her early twenties. during this time the order of the phoenix continues to fight with hermione in their ranks. how bad it gets is plotting dependent.
005 - UNIVERSITY . an all muggle/no magic au where hermione attends oxford college studying history and politics with the intent of using her degree to enter a career that will help people. while she thrives in her studies, hermione finds herself restless, looking for something to inject some excitement into her life.
006 - HUNGER GAMES (private verse) . when hermione's name is called in the reaping, she must contend with the fact that it's very unlikely she's making it out of the games alive. while smart and brave, hermione is also aware that she is from the poorest district with the worst sponsorships and is no great fighter. however, her acceptance of her death is shaken when she forms a connection with district one's male tribute - draco Malfoy.

005. regarding rinoa/squinoa - i am happy to write with rinoa, but i will be highly selective in writing a romantic ship for them. in all my years as a player of this game and enjoyer of this universe, their relationship has never had much appeal to me, and i do not want to be locked into the idea of the it being canon to my squall's life.
006. regarding shipping - i do enjoy a ship, though, don't get me wrong. but that comes with connection and chemistry. give it time, and chances are i'll be down.

[001] welcome to warsavant, an independent writing blog for mitth'raw'nuruodo set in the star wars saga created by george lucas. this version is drawn from and interpreted through the lens of both canon and legends timelines with a heavy emphasis on his historical inspirations, headcanons, and written media. despite the mixture of sources, this blog is both timeline compliant.
[002] while my first love in star wars was the legends timeline, growing up with its expanded universe of books, i very much enjoy the new timeline and its characters. i have many quibbles with disney's choices, especially in its overall pacing for historical events and certain retcons of its own content, but overall, i've come to love it too. as such, while i welcome criticism of both timelines and/or the choice to only write in one of the two, i won't be likely to follow if you post consistently about your dislike for one or another.
also, i never expect my fellow writers to have the same level of knowledge, either more or less. whether you're brand new to it all, been obsessed with it since birth, or anywhere in between, you've got just the right amount of knowledge for me. finally, due to my occupation, i'm pretty good at research and summing up information, so if you need a research assistant of sorts for anything, feel free to ask!
[003] this is a selective blog, which means i won't interact in-character with blogs i don't follow in return and may pick and choose what i actually write. i absolutely understand mistakes happen for the former, but if you'd like to message me about writing / like a starter or plotting call, please do so only if we are mutuals. when i'm active on a blog, i regularly check for new followers and go through their blogs, so messaging me asking if i'm interested will not make me more likely to follow you back. that being said, non-mutual roleplay blogs and personals are more than welcome to message me about characters and new content. i love making new friends!
while i enjoy asks, i prefer threads and really love plotting out storylines, following through those plans, to mesh and grow both sides' muses. i focus on the above on this blog, but that isn't required to interact.
[004] i know at least a little about a wide range of fandoms and time periods, so i'm not only interested in writing within purely star wars verses. i love aus and usually find placing characters easy, so even if you don't see a verse for a fandom, just ask! if you've seen my other blogs, you'll know ocs are also near and dear to my heart, so they're very welcome here as well.
[005] activity here may be sporadic. i not only have other blogs, but i run my own business and help my family. i also have chronic health issues that complicate everything on top of that. these responsibilities may lead to unannounced hiatuses for short periods of time (typically no more than a month), but i'll always return. if you'd like to keep in regular contact and you're a mutual, feel free to ask for my discord. additionally, i often place in-character content into the queue, alternating it with text or image reblogs.
[006] when it comes to romantic shipping, i ship with chemistry. this means i may be selective with shipping, and am especially so here, but queries toward this are always welcome. i don't autoship, and i enjoy shipping canons and ocs. additionally, i find there's heavy fetishization of same sex relationships within the roleplaying community. i watch for this in those i follow and am far more selective with these ships. i also feel that a character's platonic relationships are just as or, sometimes, more important than their romantic ones. i don't need to ship to write and would far rather build detailed enemies and friends than a half-cooked romance.
[007] you can expect darker themes on this blog, especially those surrounding war and the general ones explored by star wars content. i tag most common triggers, nsfw content, and those requested by my mutuals. however, if you believe something would be a common theme on this blog beyond the common trigger tags, and it'll trigger you, please don't follow. the trigger tag for this blogs is 'trigger tw'. i personally don't have triggers.
[008] this is a mun doesn't equal muse blog. i don't care what allegiances or beliefs your muse may have. unless i see clear and substantiated evidence of various bigoted beliefs out of character, i'll always assume you're a decent human being whether you write villains, heroes, or anything in between. even if we write people with good views and intentions, we still might not entirely agree with their choices, and it wouldn't be fair to assume that either. please extend me the same courtesy.
[009] on this note, i'm almost entirely anti-callout. i've been on this site for several years and over time, i've witnessed a slow degradation of what is considered a valid callout. often, they have little to no substantiated evidence and\or result from twisted evidence in the aftermath of a fallout between friends or a misunderstanding. unless i see substantiated evidence of criminal behavior, i won't reblog them nor do i really want to see them in general. that being said, if someone i follow has personally hurt you, please come and talk to me about it in ims. i don't tolerate bullies.
[010] i also don't practice mains or exclusives. like anyone, i have favorites and certainly, those people often are like unofficial mains, but i've been and seen too many hurt by this. we're all so unique in how we write that no two portrayals are the same. if you find people you want to be mains and exclusives with, i wish you all the best of times however!

VERSES -- CONTINUOUSLY UPDATED !
note : in my main verses, delphine is either dating or married to cosima. that said, i am open to most shipping, but it'll be placed in a different verse, unless otherwise plotted. ( please do not feel pressured to ship if you play cosima ! this is just a personal preference. )
001. MAIN VERSE : takes place after the events of orphan black. delphine is living and working in toronto, canada with her wife. she works as a professor at the university of toronto and is trying to leave dyad and project leda in the past. tag.
002. IT IS PERSONAL : set during season two, most of delphine's days are spent in the lab, or split between cosima and aldous leekie. her loyalty is to curing cosima before anything else, and there's absolutely nobody that can get in her way. tag.
003. DYΛD'S DOG : takes place during the events of season three. delphine has been crowned ceo of dyad institute after the tragic death of one rachel duncan. gone is her warm disposition, instead making room for a mask made of steel. tag.
004. B.C ( BEFORE CLONES ) : the job opportunity from dyad would be life-changing, delphine knew. moving to america permanently, a new apartment, a fresh start... a chance to get away from her ex-boyfriend, claude, who would sometimes leave a sniffling voicemail on her phone. as of right now, there is no clone conspiracy. just a girl and her microscope. tag.
005. CLONES... IN SPACE ! : delphine is one of few physicians on topside, a space station with a population just bordering on overflowing. the quarters are cramped at best, but delphine supposes they're better than whatever horror lies back home at earth. it's been over a hundred years since she's been on-planet, having been apart of a select number of humans to cryofreeze themselves when the station was still being built. last to unthaw, and alone in a big universe, delphine dreams of one day leaving the station behind, but this will do for now. tag.
006. SUCCESSION : delphine's father has served as editor-and-chief for atn's les temps du paris for as long as she can remember. growing up, her life was full of impromptu trips to america, sneaking cigarettes at grandiose galas, and pretending to be interested in the other kids her age. this puts her in quite the awkward position, following the acquisition of pierce global media by her company, dyad. entrusted by the owner, marion bowles, delphine finds herself back in new york; this time with many more responsibilities. tag.

001 : This is a private, selective, and low-activity March 7th blog. I prefer to keep a small group of people to roleplay with since I get overwhelmed easily and tend to be slow with replies due to being busy with work irl. Please don’t be upset if I don’t follow back !
002 : My style of roleplay varies from single-para to multi-para. I won’t expect you to mirror my length, but I expect your writing to be something I can work with. I’m also into plotting pre-established relationships, so if that’s also your thing, you are more than welcome to discuss different dynamics with me. I welcome it !
003 : Absolutely no godmodding, forceshipping, metagaming, etc. without prior discussion. I also do not tolerate hate of any kind nor do I like being part of drama, so any breaches to this rule will result in a warning and then a block.
004 : This is a multi-ship and multi-verse blog. Each interaction will be treated separately and in their own universe.
005 : Mature themes and content may be present in this blog, so only follow if you’re 21+. I will do my best to tag potential triggers. If there’s something I miss, please kindly let me know. As for myself, I do not have any triggers.
