it was also my first time going to a big concert, and their concert too!! I bought the tix with my sister when it was 3am in the uk and 10am in ph :’) we managed to get tickets the 3rd time (lots of technical issues) and we were in the middle section, row 20 :’) (I still ended up wearing my glasses because I’m near sighted, and we weren’t close enough PFFF) it was quite the experience because we had just started to adjust to the climate and then the heatwave that day was painful 😭 so we stayed by the queues because we couldn’t handle being on the field huhu

coincidentally we were in ph long enough for tubatu’s concert and my mom and sister had their flight the next day :’) I stayed for a few months hehe BUT i agree, the venue was beautiful omg their stage and props?! I also realised, I felt like beomgyu was philippines’ crush ng bayan 🤭 I have never seen so many bamtoris in my life and I could just tell from their outfits and the screams/cheers when the mvs were on hehe I loved it sm

Self Introduction

Hello and welcome to my first blog post whoever reads this~! Turning 18 years old 3 months from now, to be exact at 21st of April, I am Jan Avriel Vapor, currently a grade 12 graduating student of STI College Santa Rosa. I took the strand of Accountancy, Business and Management  for 2 years in my Senior high school life.

Firstly, as this is my very first blog post, I want to share further information about my personal life. 3rd child from 5 siblings, of course, I was known as the middle child rather by my name in most of my relatives but I am also the 1st daughter that my parents had.My 5 siblings consists of 2 older brother, 1 younger sister and brother. We are living in Santa Rosa Laguna for about 10 years already this 2020 but we have experienced difficulties finding a good place to stay for a long time for such a big family of ours, so moving into different places before like in Bulacan, Caloocan and even in Bohol is still memorable for me. Without the help of my uncle whose living in Australia, maybe we still have living in a miserable life and place, so I am very thankful and wont forget many good things he have done to us. Someday, I would like to repay or express my gratitude to him and their family. 

Teenagers like me have their own hobbies, interest or anything that we all wanted and loved to do. As for me, I really loved dancing and singing at a very young age. My parents always says that at age of 3, I would sing any song perfectly in timing and tune even though I still dont know the every word from its lyrics, but sings anyway. I was just fascinated hearing those things from them that I really dont know, of course, I was too young that time. Dancing became my new interest as I turn into 6 and experienced joining into school dance performances as well. I almost erased these interest of mine in grade 4 but I became really attached into something that I never knew I would do. Watching many dance practices of Kpop artists and singing into their songs was like a new thing that I learned from since I was a grade 8 student in APEX but solely supports  groups like BTS or Bangtan Boys starting 2015 and recently loved their younger co-label team too called TXT or Tomorrow by Together who debuted last 2019. After graduating, I wanted to study different languages as early as possible since I was very curious and became interested into others too after studying Hangul or the Korean Language.

Above all, I would like to share more stories as I continue to do blog in the future and try to look back on memorable things that I have done. Making blogs is very new for me, so I am still learning in the process. I am a type of person who loves to write my everyday life experiences, sharing thoughts and new interests on my diary like notebook and write meaningful things I had done one the current day and maybe in the future, I can write it as my blog and won’t be afraid of sharing it to others.

MEET DENISE IRISH – WORLD’S STAR MODEL PHILIPPINES 2019 Txt and Photos by Noli A. Berioso 10 year-old 4th grade student of Genesis Integrated Science Academy Denise Irish Repulleza is the country’s bet to the inaugural World’s Star Model 2019 (Pre Teen Category) to be held in amazing Bangkok, Thailand from April 22 – 29. The Manila born Meycauyan, Bulacan based Irish as she fondly called by her peers is into the thick of preparation for the international modeling competition intended for kids and teens. “ I am used to join pageants for kids since I was 7 years old and modesty aside, I always included in the winner’s circle”, she says. Her parents Jayla and New York based Juan Benjamin were very proud of Irish achievements - grand winner of Little and Teen Glam Philippines, Blossom Cycle 2, Edvher Collection Philippines and runners–up at the Robinsons Starkids, Asia Pacific Top Model to name a few. Irish was met and interviewed by selected members of the media during a Meet and Greet event at Peri-Peri Restaurant in Gateway Mall, Quezon City last February 15. Aside from her mom Jahl, also present during the occasion is no less than World’s Star Model National Director for the Philippines Mr. Ferdinand Galdones Abejon. “ I think Irish has a big chance of winning the competition because of her extensive exposure here. It is about time for her to try the international stage”. Abejon also told the media that his outfit is open for any interested applicants who would like to join World’s Star Model search this coming April as long as they will pass and provide the standard requirements for the competition. Someday, Irish want to have a multiple degree (she wants to take veterinary medicine and law) but she also eager to pursue a career in modeling and dreaming to become a national beauty pageant title holder in the future. She is also a certified animal lover having 11 adopted dogs and 20 cats. World’s Star Model is being organized by World’s Star Model International Organization based in Thailand. For the inaugural year, they are expecting more than 60 international delegates worldwide.

still wrapping my head around the last 48 hours it's been a surreal experience! To think that a week ago I debated cancelling my trip because i was so anxious thinking about how large crowds make me panic and I didn't think I could handle this. Wow I am so glad I pushed through and went ahead with it because once I arrived at the venue the crowd wasn't at all an anxiety factor. Filipino moa are so incredibly kind enthusiastic and fun! I can't find enough nice words to say about everyone I met last night, be it waiting in line, taking photos for each other, exchanging freebies and photocards, navigating the venue together, and of course enjoying the concert together. Yeonjun was absolutely loving the crowd and he kept mentioning that they were the best among the entire tour and judging from fancams and having attended the Seoul concert myself I can definitely agree LOL no one can compete with filo moa!

I ended up sitting next to two middle aged women who were yeonjun stans and they were like "people think it's weird cause we're older than them but they (txt) remind me of my nephews and they feel like sons to me" and it made me want to say thank you someone gets it!!!! Fangirl love is much more than the reductionist love people assume fangirls have for boy bands. love and admiration come in so many forms and it's beautiful.

My favorite moments were the interactive moments they had with the crowd in between stages. They had a moment where they had the crowd copy what they were doing and saying, and soobin made moa shout "SOOBIN! You're a HOT GUY!" and it made all the members laugh. Kai had us say "Kai you're the best skrrrrrt" and everyone burst out laughing when the crowd did the skrrt part, like beomgyu genuinely lost it ahahahaha

Taehyun wasn't in the best condition unfortunately. it wasn't anything noticeable from an audience perspective but things started looking a bit off when he ran backstage twice during the ments of the other members. At first we thought he was just getting his in ear fixed, but when he disappeared a second time we were wondering what was up. He also looked pretty tired, and mentioned at the end of the concert that he felt a bit regretful because he wasn't feeling too great. However based on his vocals and dance I couldn't tell anything was off at all, like he has such a powerful voice and stage presence and it sucks knowing he didn't feel great :(

Kai and Beomgyu stole the show for me! I am absolutely bias wrecked by the birthday boy. He can belt some notes like damn. How do they do that?? Especially during blue hour and cysm when they're jumping so much for the chorus.

Can I just say I think soobin and I have a spiritual introvert connection cause seeing him being his usual awkward self on stage, shy from all the cheering and attention, and just generally being a bit of a dork, I felt this primal need to hug the guy and say SAME BESTIE

That kind of sums up the night - I felt like I was watching a group of friends who I met in college get up on stage and do some amazing shit but then chat with the crowd like they were on a stand up comedy skit. I think that's what I love so much about txt: they feel like your average silly dudes (dare I say a group of gay guys who you feel safe around or will that trigger the hetero fans lol) who then turn around after being all playful and unserious and pull off an incredibly professional and stellar show!

People can say what they want about parasocial relationships, but having this kind of connection with an artist is truly special and unforgettable. I've never experienced a concert like this where there was such a strong feedback loop of the fans giving the artist love and energy and them equally delivering it right back to us. It was a neverending cycle the whole night. The venue was so full of love, and I don't think I've laughed and smiled as much as I did yesterday in literal months. My heart feels so at ease.

little story hehe, but I was on omegle (it's been 3 years since I last went on it and I only searched for txt and moas so it was limited anyway) and I ended up talking to a filo moa who attended the bulacan concert, as well as him saying that he might've seen me and my sister after I showed him our outfits. he was so sweet and fun to talk to :') he had a guitar and played and sung maze in the mirror and 0x1 lovesong T^T and then we spoke about philippines and he taught me some tagalog slang and words (my tagalog is rusty but my ilonggo is better) for like 5 hours until like 5am HAHAH filo moas like that are just so fun to talk to and I've been itching to know more :>
