Born on 13 April 1956, Satish Kaushik an Indian actor and filmmaker passed away from a heart attack. He was on his way to the hospital when the incident took place. Anupam Kher confirmed the news about Satish Kaushik’s demise on Twitter. He was Kaushik’s close aide, industry friend, and colleague. Anupam ji said that the actor felt uneasy and had asked the driver to take him to a hospital. But he suffered a heart attack on the way, causing his death.

Anupam Kher said that he never imagined while being alive that he would have to write about the demise of his best friend. Even though death is the ultimate truth of the world, Anupam ji was aghast at the loss. In a tweet, he said that life will never be the same without him. Satish Kaushik and Anupam Kher shared a friendship of 45 years. Anupam ji was aghast with the loss and said that life will never be the same without him.

Satish Ji was a prolific producer, actor, comedian, screenwriter, and director. To be honest, this was a very good film. It was sad that the delay of this film sealed it's fate. It's about a musician(Akshay Kumar) who's been in love with his longtime sweetheart(Ameesha Patel), but he doesn't know that his new boss(Karishma Kapoor) was in the same college and has harboured a deep infatuation for him. And now she'll not stop at anything to get him, no matter who gets hurt in this process.

Ameesha Patel in Zameer- The Fire Within(2005)

Another film which got screwed due to the release delay. A chemistry professor(Ajay Devgan) is recruited to teach in a college for 6 months. There he comes across Pooja(Ameesha Patel), who constantly troubles him and makes fun of him. This infuriates him, but soon she realizes that she has fallen in love with him. But she doesn't know that he is committed to marrying a dancer suffering from paralysis(Mahima Chaudhary)

Preity Zinta in Chori Chori Chupke Chupke(2001)

After an unfortunate incident which renders a married couple(Salman Khan and Rani Mukerji) to be childless, they decide to hire a surrogate mother to give birth. Bollywood Movies Part CLXIV

Pratap Ravi (Vivek Oberoi) gets revenge for his father’s death by Nagamani Reddy (Kota Srinivasa Rao) and finds himself the target of Nagamani’s son Bukka (Abhimanyu Singh). Thus starts a cycle of violence between the two families which Bukka’s brother Surya (Suriya) hopes to end. Meanwhile, Pratap Ravi also finds himself in political power.

Rakht Charitra 1 & 2 is ostensibly about the intersection of politics and violence in certain parts of India, but it’s really just a blood and gore fest. There were some good moments, but they were few and far between. Overall, too bloody for me. I didn’t like any of the songs.

In Mumbai, five people’s lives and criminal activities intersect: Tilak (Tusshar Kapoor) prints books illegally. He is sometimes aided by small time thieves Mandook (Pitobash Tripathi) and Ramesh (Nikhil Dwivedi). Abhay (Sendhil Ramamurthy) is an NRI who’s trying to set up a small business. Sawan (Sundeep Kishan) dreams of being a professional cricket player.

Shor in the City is very entertaining and shows how all the characters grow due to their activities and their results. None of the main characters are static and all move on in some way from their actions at the start of the movie. Honestly, half of the reason I watched it was because Sendhil Ramamurthy was in it, but I also enjoyed Tusshar Kapoor as Tilak and Radhika Apte as his naive yet educated wife Sapna. Favorite songs are Karma is a Bitch and Saibo. Neither song has subtitles.

Tukaram (Jitendra Joshi) is the head of a wealthy family, but also deeply believes in venerating Vitthal. As troubles affect his family, he turns to faith. However, he ends up being alienated by local Brahmins and local landlords due to his different approach.

Tukaram is a biopic of the Varkari sant of the same name. It’s a very good portrayal that sticks to reality and shows how human effort combined with being a good person and faith can lead to success, but it doesn’t prevent losses. The actors were all very good in their roles. I also enjoyed how the music itself was taken from Tukaram’s poems. Favorite songs are Jaganyacha Paya and Sade Majhe Dola. Neither song has subtitles.
