Just a gentle recovery run after Sunday’s ten miler. Definitely needed it, thighs have been like storm the last couple of days. Everything was hurting, calf’s & glute’s worse. Hopefully being out has helped . I had planned 5km, but could face going up constitution hill for a second time! I think a bit of time with the massage gun & foam roller are needed. Getting back in the swing of a Tuesday night run. Feeling good after Saturday. Only a gentle one, but forgot to start watch for the first half mile! Not as cold as I thought it would be. It jacket is glow in the dark specially with the head lamp. I’m starting to feel I’m getting back to how I was before my foot gave up on me. No racing until the new year.
