There will be ritual later today, but for now, the Transgender Day Of Remembrance candle has been lit. I got a beeswax Yahrzeit, so this will burn for 24 hours. The altar will slowly be added to and dressed throughout the day, a process that allows me to make a series of different offerings, something I think works well when dealing with mixed ancestors.
