Can 'humans' in different planes breed with each other? If they can, is it applied to other races? (such as Cephalid or Viashino)
Humans are humans for the most part across the multiverse. Toshiro Umezawa from Kamigawa had kids on Dominaria. People travelled between planes and in
Other creature types have far more variance but I don’t see why not, barring some extreme outliers I can’t think of at the moment.

What's your opinion on Kamigawa?
I appreciate the effort that went into both modernizing it for Neon Dynasty and keeping it firmly rooted in its history and story. I wish the marketing hadn't leaned as heavily on the Neon and a bit more on the Dynasty, since the point of the setting was that it was in balance between the two, and a LOT of effort in worldbuilding went towards that.
I do wish we had more. On how technology works a bit more in detail, and kami channeling, and the Gates, and the merging and... The Neon Dynasty story was good in being its own self-contained thing but it didn't allow exploring much of the world, it was mostly very narrowly focused on Tezzeret and Phyrexians.
The set was great in almost every respect, even if a bit strong in places.
As far as old Kamigawa, these novels were pretty entertaining. Scott McGough, their author, was really good at writing compelling narratives around overpowered characters (a good skill to have in the oldwalker era), and Toshiro Umezawa definitively qualifies here. The card sets certainly had issues though. It is funny to see the stark difference in power between Kyodai/Michiko back in the old days and them being basically powerless against Tezzeret and the Phyrexian invasion in March of the Machine.

Toshiro Umezawa was one of the more fun characters in MtG lore. I love that the historical record remembers him as a selfless ally and protector to the Princess, when nothing could have been further from the truth. Even more hilarious is the implication that the Princess (who is now the Emperor), never corrected the records on that.
There's also this gorgeous piece of artwork which, uh, really looks like Saga dimensions to me.

In-between dying a wretched death by working all opening shifts 10 days in a row, I still take the time to forget I'm in hell with indulgent doodles.

A Family can be a cocky mage sugar baby to the Goddess of the Night, his warlock shrek boyfriend who really likes to hug him, a dark flower witch who wants nothing to do with them, and their rat gang lord friend who got dragged into it, and that's beautiful.

So I stumbled across this gem when I was building Marchesa, the Threat Rose (decklist to come), and I thought to myself "How can I make this completely broken as a Commander?".
Well Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers is a must for enough ramp to really utilize his ability after a board wipe. Especially since his card ruling sees those creatures go to my opponents' graves even if he leaves play with them. Ways to consistently make your opponents' creatures die is also an important synergy, so what about Custodi Lich? It adds value by bringing Monarch into the gameplay drawing extra cards, and you don't have to worry too much about gaining Monarch back through combat damage with flicker effects like Conjurer's Closet. Then your opponents'have to sac another creature, triggering Toshiro's ability more!
Now I was mentioning permanents there, but Toshiro's ability only gives your instants flashback, so what instants in mono black would be good to play in order to win?
