Tom Holland x gender questioning reader

Warning: angst,questoning of gender, feeling if neglect in a relationship, feeling of insecurity

A/n: I have low-key have been questioning my gender for weeks now and writing is making me feel better so here we go

You have been questioning your gender for a while now

And let me tell you it was torture

You were so confused and lost and it was alot

You had started dating tom a year ago

You loved him alot

And he loved you

But you still hadn't told him about you questioning your gender and why so?

Well because you were scared he wouldn't love you anymore, and that he would leave

You couldn't lose tom, the one person that's keeping you sane right now.

Eventually tom started to notice something was wrong

He noticed how you start to be more introved and more reserved

And how you got shy about your body and started to wear more baggy clothing

You also started to put in earphones while watching videos on your phone or laptop

Which wasn't unusual but you would usaul leave one earbud out do to how loud you turned you device up.

He was starting to get concerned

What happened, had he done something wrong? Did he say something? Was there someone else? Did you love someone else?

Tom just couldn't take it anymore

So one day he came up to while you were writing a chapter of your novel with tears streaming down his face looking absoulety heartbroken

"Did I do something wrong, did I hurt you in anyway, you don't talk to me anymore. What happened love"

You quickly sat tom down and told him that nothing was wrong and that you were sorry for being neglectful.

Tom knew that wasn't the reason but dropped for that night seeing that you were both just so tired

But later that week while you both were cuddling in bed he brought it up again wanting to know the true reason to why you were acting so strange

You sighed sitting up and putting on your serious face

"The real reason I have been acting so strange and have been slowly distancing myself from you is that, for a while know I have been questioning my gender, and I was afraid that if I told you would leave me, and you are the only thing that has been keeping me sane, it's all so confusing, I'm so lost and I can't lose the one person that's keeping me sane" you say sobbing

Tom quickly pulls you close to him and running his fingers through your hair.

"Oh love I had no idea, I would never leave you, I'm so sorry you have been feeling like this darling"

From that day on tom was committed he did some research on how to help a loved one who is struggle with their gender identity

If you wanted to cut your hair guess who would be right next to you supporting you

If you want to get your nails done cool he had no probably sitting next to you waiting

If you want to buy a binder he was game as long as you did it safely

If you want to buy bras, or lingerie, go ahead here's his credit card.

You want to go shopping for wigs, cool

Want to tag along to the gym fine with him

You wanted to be called different prounons fine by him.

Have a preferred name, birth name who that? He only know your preferred name

whatever ever made you feel comfortable in your own skin tom had no problems with

Because you were still tom's amazing partner

His partner in crime

I didn't matter what you identify as just as long as your happy and by his side

That's all that matters

All that matters
