Can’t have one without the other now can you? I’ll admit, Percy’s redesign doesn’t look too bad. It’s probably one of the better redesigns. However, I still want to make it better. I went for a more Railway Series style, with a mix of the television series. I say this turned out better than my S25/Reboot Thomas redesign. Probably because I’m trying a new art style (in terms of lighting and shading). I can now rest until James gets a “side angle” promo. But I’ll have to go through some rough sketches, similar to Percy. As I said in the description of my fixed S25/Reboot Thomas video, I’m not fan of the new look. Although it looks cute for a preschool book, it doesn’t fit with the series in general. I’m just trying to give the original source a good reputation for what it did right. And not let it be looked at like it’s made “only” for kids.
