I just realized that Tumblr is the perfect place to talk about headcanons and stuff so please let me tell you about my amazing Persona 5 Spin-off: Fist of Justice.

So. If you've been on the Persona 5 Fandom for long enough you'll know the conflict of interest with Makoto Niijima being a Phantom Thief, and watching Joker get fucked by the cops, but still wanting to become a cop herself because of her dad. So I thought... Well let's try it. Let's make Makoto a cop and see what happens.

The story would start with Makoto's second year in the force, the first cases being fairly normal police procedural stuff. However, two characters appear at some point in the story that would slowly turn the story into a much higher stakes game. The first is Lavenza, who warns Makoto that someone from her world has been in the Metaverse and has stolen her compendium (I headcanon that a Velvet Room attendant with a compendium could summon every persona on demand, which would make them even more overpowered than they already are). The other character is Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4, and an incredibly respected private detective by this point.

So, the game from that point on is about finding who stole the compendium and is messing around in the collective unconscious.

Some new stuff I would add is that, while palaces are back, targets' reactions can be different. Some flee, some confess but believe they're right and don't move an inch, some become aggressive, etc. This is because I want to make Makoto follow some procedure and not just rely on forcing confessions out of people.

Some other stuff happens, like Naoto and Makoto becoming closer, some appearances by the other Phantom Thieves and even more important, and even deeper and more developed relationship with Sae, how they healed together after all the shit they went through, etc.

At some point in the story it becomes clear that the case involves higher-ups in the police itself. Makoto gets abducted and tortured much like Joker, and completely loses her shit after escaping, having to hide from her own colleagues while going berserk on a bunch of people. This is a bad thing, btw, she's right, but she's threading on thin ice mentally.

At the end, turns out that the bad guy was Tokyo's chief of police and he wanted to control the will of people and such. The real kicker is that he has a plan B, which is assaulting the Diet building for real and just take over. And as a little extra he kidnaps Sae in the process. Makoto goes there and beats the shit out of everyone, saves her sister and, seeing what the police had been doing to her physically and mentally, quits.

I PRESENT TO YOU *DRUMROLL*: SUPER DANGANRONPA TWO: GOODBYE DESPAIR!

The protagonist is Hajime Hinata, he does the classic danganronpa protag move, passes out and wakes up in the building, but PLOT TWIST THEYRE ON A FUCKING ISLAND INSTEAD. THE BUILDIJG IS ON AN ISLAND. Instead of monokuma greeting them, it's Usami [later renamed monomi] [picture below]

He meets the other students, and they get called down to the beach area, and FUCK YOU MONOKUMA. Usami gets her ass beaten by teddybitch and she's now monomi. Rules get explained blah blah. And usami gets SHOT. BY A GUN. MULTIPLE TIMES. and WOOOO USAMI ISNT DEAD!!! but she erased all their memories :(. Various things happen, Togami throws a party and gets killed, shocker. He got stabbed multiple times under a table

The blackended cut out the power and got dead by a trap. It was teruteru, he gets cooked alive. NOT EVEN JOKING WATCH THE EXECUTION ON YOUTUBE ITS FUCKIN VRAZY

And we find out, the organization responsible for the end of the world was World Ender [who fucking named it that]

And nekumaru and kazuichi are fucking CONVINCED nagito is the traitor, but monokuma reveals another motive so they just forget about that [the "motive" is a game. Somehow that works bc ->]. Next day, Mahiru is gone. Kazuichi somehow knows they were going to the beach so she's probably just there right? NO MOTHERFUCKER SHES DEAD AS HELL.

Long story short, fuyuhiko almost did it, but peko killed her for him, yk to save him. And FUCK. PEKO ACCIDENTALLY SLASHED HIS EYE MID-EXECUTION. but he's not dead

And they throw another party, where ibuki performs "I Squeezed Out The Baby, But I Have No Idea Who The Father Is" [good song, it's on spotify listen 2 it]

And akane almost fucking dies, but nekumaru jumps in and almost dies for her, but he's a robot now bc he can't die bc he didn't kill anyone

And alone, ibuki, and nagito get the Despaur Disease, symptoms are different based on everyone. Nagito gets the Liar Disease, Akane has the Coward Disease, ibuki has the Gullible disease.

And WOOOAAH hiyoko and ibuki are fucking DEAD. mikan did it, she had despair disease. Her symptoms were remembering things, oof childhood trauma.

But TRAITOR IS BACK!! WHO IS IT WHO KNOWS

They go to an amusement park [and it's honestly kinda fun, this game puts them through fun things sometimes :)] and SHIT MONOKUMA WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE OIKE THIS. they got sealed in a fun house and can only get out if somebody murders. And there is NO food they ahve to kill to get out to eat

AND BY COD. ROBOT NEKUMARU IS FUCKING DEAD. the blackended used his HAMPTERS to activate nekumarus sleep mode, and tied him up on a wall thing and set a timer so he'd fall down and fucking die

The blackended was gundham tanaka [NO MY BOY /REF] [context for the fic. Btw] and he'd never admit it but it was a self sacrifice for everybody else there. He dies and OHMYCOD THIS SHIT. I AM CRYING. THE HAMSTERS. THE HAMSTERS ARE FINE THEYRE GOOD BUT HOLY SHIT. ITS JUST I AM CRYING. WATCH EXECUTION ON YOUTUBE OR SOEMTHIGN HDHGHWFGHHHH

and nagito planted BOMBS everywhere, and they need to diffuse them

But NO FUCK YOU NAGITO. they're actually fireworks. AND HOLY SHIT NAGIYO MADE THIS WHOLE SET UP TO KILL HIMSELF AND IT WORKED. ITS INSANE WATCH AN EXPLANATION I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN IT. AND CHIAKI GETS VOTED FOR AS THE TRAITOR, AND ITS RIGHT. MONOMI DIES WITH HER IN THE EXECUTION.

And MAJOR FUCKING PLOT TWIST. everybody's back? Reality is crumbling, ?? And nagito is talking to someone, and he REPLACED HIS OWN HAND EITH JUNKOS. HE IS FUCKING SICK /NEG

Ultimate despair/despair remanents are explained, a group of people who spread despair everywhere, and its basically a cult. She manipulated them so bad that they alm committed mass suicide on a whim because she told them too.

AND ALTER EGO [AI BUTTERCUP] IS BACK!!! THEY INFORM EEVRYBODY THAT A VIRUS HAS ENTERED THE GAME, BECAUSE THIS IS ALL A SIMULATION!

And MAKOTO [MC] IS BACK, HE TELLS HAJIME THAT HELP IS THERE, SOMEWHERE. THEYRE IN A TRAIL, AND THEY NEED MORE THAN HALF OF THE CAST BACK TO GET OUT. AND A SHIT TON OF STUFF IS REVEALED, THEY ALL LOOK LIKE THEIR 17 YEAR OLD SELVES, BUT EVERYBODY THAT DIED IS PROBBALY DEAD IRL TOO. MAKOTO JUMPS IN AND SAYS THEY NEED TO ALL ACCEPT THEIR SITUATION AND EVERYTHING. THERES A HOPE RESTORATION PROGRAM, THAT CONSISTS OF PAST REMANANTS OF DESPAIR. THE ROD [ACRONYM FOR REMANTS OF DESPAIR] WERE SO OBSESSRF EITH HER THAT THEY SACRIFICED THEIR FAMILIES FOR HER, IMPLANTED PARTS OF HER BODY INTO THEMSELVES WHEN SHE DIED, ETC DTUFF LIKE THAT. BUT NO JUNKOS STILL ALIVE, JUST AN AI NOW. AND JUNKOS PLANNING TO INSERY HER CONCIOUSNESS INTO EVERYBODY, AND THEY NEED EIGHT PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO STOP HER. AND THEN AI LAVENDER AND AI TALL RICH JERK SPAWN, AND HAJIME HAS A DESPAIR VERSION [EMO]. HAJIME PULLS A FULL PROTAG OP MOMENT AND THEY ALL LEAVE THE SIMULATION AND WOOOOO HAPPY ENDING.

Favorite thing about them: He may be morally reprehensible and have the looks of a sewer rat but his slutoutfit is sublime. Jokes aside, though, I really like that he seems to be playing a persona most of the time and I really enjoy characters that just pretend It's All Cool I'm Having A Good Time I Am Having A Good Time. Also his weirdass moral compass. And the silly

Least favorite thing about them: WHY DOES SEGA MAKE HIM AND KIRYU CARE FOR EACH OTHER AND THEN NOT CARE IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS?? "Oh, Kiryu-chan died! Sad!" MF WHAT?? REACT AND GRIEVE

Favorite line: "How the fuck should I know how this tangly-ass rainbow shit works!?". It's not deep, it's just funny. He was trying to defuse a bomb btw

brOTP: I haven't seen enough of Saejima to know for sure, but yeah. Yeah

OTP: I,,, don't know? I think whatever the hell he has with Kiryu is super fun to explore, but also whatever he has with Makoto makes my heart bleed; they could even be used as foils to each other in some regard, to the point where the two of them, if paired with him, would eventually just parallel the other; but unlike the Watson situation, I can't pair them all together into one huge fuckpile though and that upsets me.

nOTP: Haven't been around long enough to know which ships there are but for the love of GOD if anyone thought about Shimano I am biting your ankle

Random headcanon: His Family has actual business that actually work that keep the money coming so they can spend it annoying Kiryu or running away from his problems, it's just that they're not relevant to the plot okay I saw them with my two own eyes when I went to Kamurocho

Unpopular opinion: His hairstyle. It's not good

can you explain for dumb about haru and covering his eye in bed pls? &I love your posts ( ˘ ³˘)♥

Idk I've just seen quite a lot in animes when the "dark side" prevails over the "light one" or someone what I call "splits" or doesn't want to feel anymore, they show it like that.

Like for example in Hakkenden there was a dude, who lost part of himself (his shadow) and they were like yinyang shit, where roughly one was only the soft feelings part (he eventually only saw with the right eye) and the other was the dark ruthless part.

And it was also same with Akashi's eyes from KNB, when he turned into bokushi (I mean left one lit up).

And while there's not really explanation for why right eye is the "feelings" one and I saw some debated that maybe its the eye of the sun/eye of the moon thing, I think maybe it's because they call the right side of the brain the "emotional" one, while the left one is more about being rational (robotic, emotionless). So when the left becomes "main" it means someone shoved his emotions elsewhere (I'm guessing?) xD

And btw in some dramas too I've seen the right eye representing the soul and vulnerability (Idk why exactly again).

So after Rin lost and ran off and Haru couldn't find him, his not-resolved ptsd returned, so during the race with Albert he was vulnerable and he has those flashbacks to times when Rin left the 2nd time, that constantly haunt him that led to 4 years of depression. They show how Makoto couldn't help him and we see from Haru's memories that "Albert" is looming over him since these times already.

That's bc as we know Albert represents the "I don't want to feel" thing and apparenty "appears" when Haru's heart is in jeopardy (aka when Rin is gone or he's scared to lose him... shocking info lol). So we see little Haru is already "glitching", while missing his heartu (that red-haired one xD).

Haru realizes that Rin is the "cure" during the race, he thinks of him and a clear drop of water appears among the black water Albert created:

and then Haru's able to break free from the "dark magic" (lmao) and finish the race.

Thats why later under the sakura Haru tells Rin "the feeling during the race with Albert scared me, but the reason I found the strength in me to keep fighting.. was you." (yeah, you can cry here).

That's why I said about the bed scene.. bc after the race when Rin avoids him and not in the hotel and Haru is scared that its this shit again, as he lays alone thinking about everything and after being exhausted by the Albert's dark water thingy, his hand covers his right eye (the feelings) and the right part of the room is in the dark.

Then Makoto interrupts Haru talking about Albert and how his swimming is not his swimming anymore bc he has to play with kids asap and when Haru is left "all alone", his right eye lights up with purple and Haru covers his left one and for a moment it seems like he "can't see" with the right one:

until its back to normal, when he gathers himself up thinking of something (-one? xD) as he turns in the direction of the sakura:

so he goes there to calm himself and remember what (who?) makes him happy when he swims. Tells Rin that he's his "cure" from Alberto and how needs him to be with him. And then Rin delivers a final blow and Haru's ptsd fully kicks in and he says everything he wanted to say for a while and goes "fuck this feelings shit" ("I don't want this anymore" xD), and then Rin leaves with Haru's heart...

bc they're both deaf, I guess T_T

I mean, in this case its all just a metaphor for stages of his feelings, thats all, bc that way its easier to be on the journey with him :)

as if we couldn't guess who's his drop in the ocean, a change in the weather, a rain in the desert lmao

So now he's gonna be emotionless patootie for a bit :(

P.S. I still laugh a lot about those arts where he puts on purple contacts just to piss him off, bc his favorite love of his life precious eyes that are Haru's soul are his weakness and Rin is like "ahhhh NO YOU DIDN'T" "YES I DID" xDDDD

P.P.S. They showed it like Rin really just took his heart a long time ago and didn't even fucking return. And now its only there when he is there lol. I mean, the audacity!!!
