What would happen if Noel and Kuuya switch jobs? Or like switch bodies/lives temporarily?

if they switched jobs, I think Noel would be the office sleaze that gets away with everything just cause of his pretty face. Some sort of nepo baby with a penchant for power harassment definitely. Kuuya would be a small streamer who lives off of the donations from one or two crazed fans. He briefly becomes viral for a clip of him just completely losing his shit malding, but the popularity doesn't hold because his streams just consists of him muttering under his breath and playing silently.
