Eurovision thoughts
Ok guys since I just started making...A LOT of drafts to our Eurovision live-blogging that some of us did in the server on saturday, I thought of getting some thoughts out of the way
Germany you sucked
UK i liked your friendly face but it wasn’t a Eurovision song
Norway damn really loved the energy you brought to the show
Switzerland and France both awesome songs, loved the raw emotion of France
Russia/Ukraine and Azerbaijan: I loved you guys so damn much
Anyways that’s actually not the point of this post:
We had some great fun while live blogging and of course we did some messing around and bashing some of the songs/performances/performers as you do with friends. And one of these moments were of course the “OMG Italy just snorted coke lmaoo”; while it was funny as a joke: It’s not funny an<more. Italys front-man did not take drugs, he was cleaning up broken glass and the camera just made it look distorted from the viewers side.
So please: Italy deserves all the glory it gets right now because the performance and the song was just 🌟amazing and wonderful 🌟and the energy they gave to the room was also just perfect in my opinion. And pointing out that Italys front-man took drugs is, at this point, spreading misinformation that can seriously damage the bands, Måneskin, reputation.

A drug test was “voluntarily undertaken earlier today by the lead singer of the band Måneskin which has returned a negative result seen by the EBU”, the European Broadcasting Union announced on Monday evening.
“No drug use took place in the Green Room and we consider the matter closed,” the EBU said in a statement, adding that it had checked all available video footage as part of “a thorough review of the facts”.
