Kei and Isobu suddenly end up in the marvel cinematic universe right after Iron Man 1. What would they do?
Kei: “…”Isobu: …Kei: “Well, shit.” Isobu: I am going to assume that means we do not have a plan. At all.Kei: “Uh, dial 911 and hope someone knows what the fuck the maritime code is for ‘giant turtle that’s totally friendly but could sink an aircraft carrier by sneezing.’ Plus one unidentified human woman with no ID, no records, and a fucking sword.“Isobu: How is that at all different from the circumstances in which we found ourselves when we visited the world teeming with pirates?Kei: “…Okay, you have a point, but–”
[cue IRON MAN, blasting “Shoot to Thrill” from every speaker within half a block]
Kei: “…No.”Isobu: …That is a human. In a metal suit. Who is flying.Kei: “NO. NOPE. NONE OF THAT. FUCK THIS. I’M OUT.”Isobu: But that could mean we could make your dream of independent flight a reality!Kei: “NO.”

Hey Lang and Beta! Thank you for such an amazing chapter! The action scenes were so thrilling & captivating. I really enjoyed Isobu's dialogue with Kei. I actually laughed when reading the author's note since it was such a drastic change in tone.
