i should make a post abt the literal forbidden instruments in mty bc i saw this
and i wanna think abt where they come from
#personal#mty#guideau's all sorts of dead. narratively. walks out of a coffin. half dead. the current body is from a dead woman#and its easy to think abt guideau being a tool or whatever but idk if i'd exactly say that? besides the nameless seed boy existing#the guy here says demon and unless mty's gonna have literal demons u could also say monsters i think#and so that brings up ashgan. another cursed/'sealed' being that isnt called an instrument but i feel its bc of helga humanizing him#despite never appearing human in the story. only a monster or tool#and then the guy here's got that one weird monster he commands using that bone piece there#i feel like maybe his monster is currently subjugated. ashgan's somewhat begrudgingly reformed bc of helga. and guideau is working on it?#i personally wouldnt wanna call the body coming out of the coffin 'bad' but it does connect to the backwards/ironic beauty and the beast#also the nameless seed boy. he doesnt quite fit but could be a special case? like maybe didnt come to the 'demon'/monstrous stage yet#like currently in the story w the mage group they wanna steal him to force him to fuck things up. he is currently getting owned so who know#how he'll react#anywayss
