I own a pyromancy flame for home defense, like the witches of izalith intended. Four invaders break into my castle. “What the devil?” As I grab my sage’s blindfold and fire orb. Burn a titanite chunk-sized hole in the first man. He’s dead on the spot. Cast my black flame on the second man. Misses him entirely cause the tracking sucks and nails the neighbours wolf. I have to resort to the chaos bed vestiges from the top of the ramparts. “Tally ho lads!” The flames shred two men in the blast. The aoe sets off traps in surrounding homes. Draw chaos dagger and charge the last terrified hollow cause I’m out of fp. He dies while trying to black crystal out cause the hit box is janked. Just as the witches intended.

I love putting the mercs in really mundane/real life situations for some reason?? Medic running errands to pick up more bird feed. Scout going to conventions to sell art (and flirt with a few people lets be real)

I wanna ask you about this because I absolutely love your ideas and headcanons

But what do you think are the mercs favorite modern games/games that they definitely would play, secret or not?

Scout i feel like he would play mario kart, just- it makes sense (even though its coming from me, someone whos never actually played it)

And Pyro definitely with no doubt plays animal crossing, like cmon

Engineer plays minecraft because of the building, Heavy might play it too with how peaceful it can be

But what do u think? :0

I love videogames so much dude you have no idea

Here are my thoughts/headcanons on what the mercs favorite videogames are:

Scout: He would kill at any Mario games. Full on dominating the others on Mario Kart and Mario Party. But hes also killer at The Legend of Zelda games. (I also think hed secrety love Stardew Valley)

Sniper: Racing games. From Mario kart to Forza Horizon 5. He would even have one of those full racing simulator setups. But he also loves to play some horror games. The ones set in a space setting are his guilty pleasure.

Engineer: he genuinely enjoys shooting games. Such as Call of Duty. Hed also enjoy Bioshock. Its a nice change of pace. But that doesnt mean he doesnt enjoy more peaceful games such as Minecraft. I mean you can beekeep in Minecraft and you know for a fact Engie would enjoy that.

Pyro: Yes Pyro would absolutely love games such as Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley. They also enjoy Rythm games such as Melatonin and Deemo. Its a nice escape and you can really just get pulled into those games.

Medic: My mans would love surgeon simulator. Just the chaos that comes with that game is satisfying. He also would like RPGs like Fallout, Pokemon, and Final Fantasy

Heavy: Peaceful but sentimental games such as Firewatch, Spiritfarer, and What Remains of Edith Finch. Those games have such a relaxing atmosphere but can make you cry. The Minecraft End Poem gets him everytime. (Also That Dragon, Cancer)

Demo: Absolutely loves horror games such as Resident Evil, Until Dawn and Phasmophobia. Something about the thrill of them. Plus the ones that go off of myths, legends, and folklore? *chefs kiss*

Soldier: You would think shooting games but i honestly think he would find enjoyment in older games like Qubert or Burger Time. He gets overly competitive with them and if he does not have the high score he will grind until he does (and modded minecraft)

Spy: Absolutely the tycoon games and the Sims. No doubt about it. (farming simulator 2019)

H m so I just rlly got back to my usual sched of genshin (yes I redownloaded and am back on that gacha addiction) and I wonder

Do you think that Tevyat celebrated the return of the creator?

The warm returning of the sweet voice that will wake them once more.

Suddenly some of the vision holders that the Creator had not used yet were getting blessed with artifacts (as not so good as they were). They were getting stronger and they could hear their Creator as they celebrated their damage output and beautiful bursts.

The first people to be blessed with upgrades were Diluc, Xiangling, and Amber.

Amber was filled with joy when she her gear was given to her. It was rare for her to be acknowledged properly. When she heard the creator mumbling about giving her a better weapon that she deserves, she burst out crying as soon as the creator was not looking. It was her lucky day.

Xiangling too was happy when she was getting better gear. The creator had moved on from her when they got used to Tevyat a bit more and had more vision holders, she understood it but was greatly saddened. Finally she was feeling the warmth of the creator's smile once more.

Finally, Diluc. Diluc had only joined the ranks a few months ago and was not able to receive artifacts as he joined. He too understood, his arival was abrupt but he was not scorned for it. In fact, the creator's voice was heard clearer, the joy and surprise was truly something he wanted to protect. As he felt himself getting stronger with the sudden attention, he finally felt accepted among (*vine boom*) the vision holders

I find it so funny when a piece of media has like NO innocent characters, but beside that people STILL try to find the most wholesome characters and will pick them up and just go “Awwww the skrunkle!!!! Look how cute they are they’re so wholesome awww!!!” And the character’s just like “I have committed several war crimes and am banned in most countries I have a kill count of three thousand seven-hundred twenty two and will not hesitate to make you the Three thousand seven hundred twenty third.” And the fandom is just fine about it.

i think a funny team to use would be hutao, xingqiu, qiqi, and baizhu. because its a couple of pests trying to menace a baby and then baizhu is like STOP it like seriously guys STOP it but also it would be pretty effective too. hu taos normal build but with some em too and then she can do a bazillion reactions. and i think the difference in game mechanic teamwork and real teamwork would be very silly :)
