Made this piece inspired by @thatonesimp-e and their Spyborg AU!
I absolutely love the concept and the design for the spy in this AU, and I got hit with a very large dose of inspiration last night. I genuinely do not know if I could make another illustration so quickly, lmao (This one took me approximately 4 hours)
I felt very clever using that particular Engineer-Spy domination line, especially considering the concept of the AU.

It's been a while since I have posted anything, but that doesn't mean I'm not working on stuff still!
I'd like to introduce "Bait" my very own spy OC (and dream loadout. I really, really want all of these cosmetics)
As we all know, the canon Red Medic has a spy head in his refrigerator, Bait is the answer to the question "What if he went farther than that?"
Bait is a clone of the blu spy, and Medic's personal lab rat. As his name suggests, the red team will often use him as bait to distract the opposing team.
The cloning device used to (essentially) create him, was designed by both Medic and Engineer and built by the Red Engineer, and although Engineer does have a bit of a soft spot for the cloned spy; he knows that it was Medic's pet project that brought him into being, and tries to keep out of the way of it, even if some of the things Medic does to Bait rubs him the wrong way.
All of the other mercenaries either don't know, or don't care... Even if Bait isn't the real blu spy, they had all been wronged by the blu spy enough to despise him just enough to let the mistreatment of his clone slide.
Cosmetic loadout is Scarecrow + Le Professionnel + Cosa Nostra Cap. As for the weapons loadout, he probably has all base items + the Dead Ringer.

Cryptid Medic redesign
It's only a slight redesign. But I'm still happy I made it. He is supposed to look like the cliché of an average insane guy in a mental hospital (like in the movie,you know the ones), yes, but I still tried to incorporate cool little details to make him stand out while making sens in the story.
The only thing is that I made him a bit too thin. He would be thinner than in the game obviously but not that thin.
