I mean, for more context, I used to like it but I’ve gotten older and my ability to handle grimdark has tanked so hard I’m vomiting glitter and rainbows. There’s a bit more to it than that, but TLDR I don’t like the story BUT GODS DO I LOVE THE WORLD SETTING AND LORE. FUCK YEAH. THe world building is fucking gorgeous. Love love love the world building and the teasing about it. Don’t love the disasters of humanity that are supposed to be the protagonists.
