Kind of long, but I use a bunch because I have some ADHD/autism traits, and so I honestly can't focus. I get distracted way too easily.

Now I'm a nerd, and I love stationery. Sometimes, if I'm feeling fancy, I use my Travelers notebooks and fountain pens (because I have way too many that I need to use up). If I don't feel like typing it up, I use Google Docs for quick notes or the Firefox Notes extension. Then I'll pick an app, sometimes Scrivener, which is a bit fancy and better for longer wips. Or I use Zohowriter (since my Google Docs are so ungodly unorganized).

But today, I decided to try out Coldturkeywriter, which I have enjoyed so far. The pro only cost me £7 and has tons of good features. It's a simple app; even the free version is good (I just wanted dark mode). It's a simple text document, but you can't leave the app even with the escape button. You have to shut down your PC, which is kind of terrifying. It does save automatically, but the only annoying thing is if I'm watching a YouTube video and want to change it. Otherwise, it's a really good app, and hopefully, it will help me to stop procrastinating.
