1st run-through of my speech sans script. Time: 17:11. I need shave at least 2:11 off of that. But towards the beginning of my speech I had to pause several times because I had no idea what the fuck I was supposed to say next. 

Speech needs to be memorized. My script has been thrown away. I know what I need to say, I just need to work on being able to say it confidently. I decided after school that I would run through it at least four times. More if I need it. I've got one run under my belt, and just three to go. If I need another run-through or two, I'll do that. But until then, I've just got to focus on my next run-through.
