The Naples October real estate recap showed 662 properties sold for just over $652 Million. The largest sale was for $22,250,000 in Port Royal. Additionally, the luxury market picked up again, with 142 properties sold at or above $1 Million compared to 109 sales during September.

The speculation that home sales would drop significantly following Hurricane Ian proved to be false as evidenced by a 23.7 percent increase in closed sales and an 8.7 percent increase in pending sales.

The latest Sarasota real estate trends showed 967 properties sold for just over $601.6 Million during July for the North Port, Sarasota, and Bradenton areas. Like the rest of Southwest Florida, inventory more than doubled compared to the same time last year.

However, it is important to note inventory was extremely low last year. Like the previous month, even though supply has increased, the greater Sarasota area ended the month with less than a 2 months’ supply of properties for sale. A healthy market would be at least 6 months. Learn more...

SWFL Golf News⛳: The Village of Estero announced the grand reopening of the former Gulf Coast Driving Range at 9000 Williams Road. The 9.85-acre property, which will be run by the Estero Forever Foundation, was purchased by the village for $4.25 million in April.
