listen i know we’re all fans of the “oblivious steve / knows whats up eddie” dynamic, but i dont know why bc “oblivious eddie / knows whats up steve” is Infinitely Funnier. just

I literally don’t know how to write a steve who isn’t in love with eddie like?

Even at this point in this fic where he barely knows him and thinks he’s dead and like kinda knows he likes dudes but hasnt really Accepted it yet steve is still just.
