i need t have a good journal session where im not just horribly mean to myself in writing and also need to come up w some doable manageable goals for the near future that will start to fulfill some of my overall long tern goals w health and wellness and such .

#get a library card start eating breakfast maybe try to start walking bc everyone who goes on walks seems so put together. any tips for #starting to walk lol i live in some random asa area its not rly like a city or loke u cld walk to any actual establishment #but i think there is a decent walking area i see ppl walking their dogs its just kinda on the side od the road #iust sainf this bc i see vids or pocs where it seems loke ppl habe nice plces to walk or are like in a cute town idk and im like thinking #of where i love bc even thl i live in a relatively big city it is still not like a city city and car dependent #and it doesnt look that nicce where i live like its just some random area does that make sense idk😭im high so i sound kind of stupid #but i guess its just like u see ppl doing things in videos and think like u cant possibly do that bc like idk u just feel stuck and #forget u can just get into habits or do things u want to do if u just start Yk.#and real life never seems as nice as stuff u see on social media even tho its all curated and not entirely realistic and etc whatever ok #but anyway i would like to walk. maybe id just start around my apartment complex lol in the parking lots bc there r sidewalks #Lol. idek
