The instructions listed below will surely help you aim the target in a comfort way with the help of a tactical rear shooting squeeze bag.

Place the rear squeeze bag below the stock and gently press it down.

Set up behind the gun as usual. Pull the rifle back into your shoulder and load the bipod. When you get down on the bag after loading the bipod, you have to be on target, although fine-tuning may be necessary. You should aim to be somewhat above your ideal point of aim. If you're far over or under, you'll need to figure out what combination of bipod height and rear bag height you'll need to get there. Most Important: Pull your rifle back into your shoulder with the bottom three fingers of your firing hand with firm force before making any adjustments on the rear bag and don't allow it to go. Over time, most of them may notice that if we did it in the reverse order, the gun might move more and we have to readjust after each shot.

Manipulate the rear bag to align the reticle with the target. Don't go ahead to fire straight away, let it settle first, breathe 1-2 cycles and proceed to fire unless there is a reason you can't. Your NPOA is off and/or you are using more muscle input than the rearward pull and bag manipulation. If you feel yourself shaking or forcing on the target then your natural point of aim is off or you might be using more muscle input than the rearward pull.
