Watching series 1 of Spicks and Specks and I’m a bit confused as to why they have papers in front of them? I assume it’s not a script 😂 but they’re reading lyrics to the songs they’re answering questions about so did they know in advance what the songs would be?
But also sitting on one long table is so weird 😂
but Alan reading the lyrics to ‘we built this city’ dramatically is brilliant

Hey, general question, how much did yous listen to the radio growing up? Idk if it was because I was a shop kid, but we listened to the radio most of the time & the TV for the 7.30 news, 1/2 of kids shows after school, and 1/2 program on the Friday night after the news.
#when my parents stopped working in their own business dad watched the footy on the tv rather than the radio#but overall the radio was the most used entertainment device in my household and idk if it was the same for everyone else#about me#also i am not counting the weird french sex movies on sbs late at night that dad watched#also it was only ever on channel 2 (abc)#when dad was working in the bar mum watched the xmen cartoons with us at nightime too#our half hour program was originally Collectors. but when we got older we watched Spicks & Specks
