Sonic Prime - Part 2 - Hopes
Hi,
since Prime is nearing its new 8 episodes, I want to share some of my personal hopes for the next part and perhaps the final.
Variants interacting with others - Especially Nine with Sails and Mangey. But it would be so cool to see how their dynamics would go. And it's possible since Dread was in New Yoke.
Shadow traveling with Sonic - In the 15-second Official Leak, we see Shadow diving into Void, but it's unknown if he can enter the Shatterspaces. But if he can, seeing them cooperating would be so cool.
Shatterspace's fate - My theory was that the universes would stop existing once Paradox Prism is in place. There will be nothing to anchor them in reality or keep them together. But I hope there can be a different path.
Nine either helping or refusing to recover the original Paradox Prism - I can imagine both scenarios. By helping, he can become happy and get home next to Sonic. By refusing, he can stay himself and still be with Sonic. Both endings are possible and high on emotions T_T
Crying a lot - I'm sure I'll.
Metal Sonic is more than a robot - As much as Metal is a synonym for "killer robot", seeing them emote and have "personality" is fresh air. Shard from Archie showed us this while adding anxiety and fear of being seen as a monster despite changing. IDW Metal also shows their struggles with questioning their true self like in the Metal Virus saga. But I'm all for a goofy kid-like killer robot :-D
Another Shatterspace - Not likely. All the shards seem to be found, so there isn't much space for another.
Merging - More likely in the 3rd part, but we saw a few glimpses in the trailer, so it's very likely to happen. And this could become its own world too.
Shadow interacting and forming bonds with others - It would be such a shame if Shadow didn't question his "They aren't your real friends" after spending some time with them. Especially if he is close to Rogue since they are canonically partners (in crime).
Chaos Emeralds - If there is one, there can be the rest. And a showdown with Paradox Prism would be so cool :-D And if Shadow is unable to travel beyond Void, he can collect them.
Sonic/Shadow's variants - Very unlikely since both weren't exposed to the Prism. Sonic was in the center, and Shadow warped. But Metal is technically Sonic, so maybe?
