I saw you like well-developed, researched, authentic sapphic historical fiction (such as Last Night at the Telegraph Club) and I've just gotta ask you: have you heard of Burn the House Down by Kenna Jenkins? It's an alternate history novel abt the 1st woman president in 1945 and her secret interracial sapphic relationship and her bearded marriage with her mlm best friend/biggest foil. It also has a subplot about arson at the White House, ft. an entirely queer main cast and really fleshed out characters, and has a really satisfying ending!
i do love a good well written sapphic story if i do say so myself-
And no I haven't heard of that novel before! Arson at the white house also sounds like a good time (this is a JOKE fbi) and we love an entirely queer cast!! That's how I write my own books lmao
Thank you so much for the rec! I've been devouring books these past couple weeks in summer and I'm always down to hear about more!
