If anyone's wondering about that last post... yeah I have no real interest in the lore of the previous games. I want to move on, with new lore and new characters. I will take what is interesting from what I glimpse of the books through Breezewiki and leave it at that.

And this has me wondering about just straight up overhauling SB and Ruin specifically to make it about the new and not the old shit that's been done to death. Hm.

#i LIKE the concept of glitchtrap #some prick stuck a copy of his consciousness into a circuit board and its now controlling vanessa #it's using arcade games to trap and subdue #it's entirely digital in its execution of things and thus #needs a physical entity to do shit #like a ghost made of code #and the mimic? cool concept as well!#a different type of animatronic! a new type of system! it contrasts with the SB cast!#one projecting personalities onto the animatronics through a new layer of programming and duties!!#changing how they are and building itself a body like the glitch that seeks the same!!#the body it chooses being a recreation of something it mimicked in it's life??? interesting!! fascinating even!!#these things are concepts that CAN work!! that CAN be fun and interesting!!#to the NEW stuff!!#I'm not going back to crying child and mangle's gender or whatever okay #I don't need a further explanation for them #I've moved on.#I will take what is fun and interesting #and apply them to the new where they should be #please god let the old games REST #they were fun! they were interesting! but we don't need to keep going back to them okay #we can just. leave it alone #treat the new as the new and let it rest #that's what I'm doing anyway #i have little interest in rehashing lore that twists in on itself so much it's become a fucking brick of nonsense #I'm happy with my underutilised killer rabbit thank you
