ASCENDING THE LORD'S MOUNTAIN

"It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and it shall be lifted up above the hills; and peoples shall flow to it," - Micah 4:1

Climbing or ascending the Lord's mountain means that we:

have the love of Jesus flowing into our heart as we move throughout the day

have the mind of Christ,

listen to and obey the Spirit's prompting on a daily basis,

and are mature sons of God in the process of understanding and implementing our calling in Christ.

We will expand our spirits with the spiritual fruits and gifts of the Spirit and demonstrate our oneness with Christ. We will learn how to bear fruit that remains for God’s Kingdom.. We will also encounter fellowship with other Mountain climbers who have joined us for this eternity-long journey.

RISE UP INTO THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST

What happens when God's glory is poured out upon a group (the Ekklesia) and not just one man (Solomon) or one nation (Israel)? The result is noteworthy and extraordinary and causes Isaiah 60 to be fulfilled. That day is now here, and it is time for the Church, the global Body of Christ, to rise up and confirm and implement our Christ identity so that His incomparable, surpassing glory and wisdom can be demonstrated through us to the world.

The "greater works" mentioned in John 14, are simply the works of Christ living through you today, since Jesus ascended to Heaven after being resurrected from the dead and is seated at the right hand of God. We are His hands and feet on earth, and He has delegated authority to us as His sons and daughters – the Church. An "abundant life" means a life well lived: a life of discipling new believers into their Christ identity, a life of influence and purpose, and destiny and legacy.

LIVING IN EXPECTATION AND BOLDNESS

This is the most exciting time to be alive since the dawn of creation. It is time to live in expectation, boldness, faith, and confidence as we do the greater works. Daniel 11:32 says, "The people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." To truly know God and come into and spend time in His presence is to be changed and empowered to advance God’s Kingdom, through our Christ calling, bearing fruit that remains in the earth.

Once again, in our own time, those "who have turned the world upside down" (Acts 17:6) will be found in the earth and in the Church.

Scripture Of The Day - May 14, 2021

Song of Solomon 2:8 - "The voice of my beloved! Behold, he comes leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills."

You hear and recognize His voice at once. The Bridegroom (Jesus) both embraces you and dwells within you. He does not merely walk upon the hills (which are the more external parts of your soul), but upon the mountains (the deepest part of your spirit). You are in union with God which deeply changes you within.

LIVING IN EXPECTATION AND BOLDNESS

This is the most exciting time to be alive since the dawn of creation. It is time to live in expectation, boldness, faith, and confidence as we do the greater works. Daniel 11:32 says, "The people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." To truly know God and come into and spend time in His presence is to be changed and empowered. Once again, in our own time, those "who have turned the world upside down" (Acts 17:6) will be found in the earth and in the Church.

ASCENDING THE LORD'S MOUNTAIN

RISE UP INTO THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST

What happens when God's glory is poured out upon a group (the Ekklesia) and not just one man (Solomon) or one nation (Israel)? The result is noteworthy and extraordinary and causes Isaiah 60 to be fulfilled. That day is now here, and it is time for the Church, the global Body of Christ, to rise up, show up, and grow up into the fullness of Christ so that His incomparable, surpassing glory and wisdom can be demonstrated through us to the world.

The "greater works" mentioned in John 14, are simply the works of Christ living through you today, since Jesus ascended to Heaven after being resurrected from the dead and is seated at the right hand of God. We are His hands and feet on earth, and He has delegated authority to us as His sons and daughters – the Church. An "abundant life" means a life well lived: a life of service to others, a life of influence and purpose, and destiny and legacy.
