The lineart can be black or in a specific (unique) color. If you want a colored lineart (according to the character's colors), you have to pay the difference for that variable.

In case you want special combinations that aren’t listed (eg. coloring not with common base colors but with a specific palette) you have to tell me in advance to put together a different budget.

Possible sizes: A5, A4, A3 and square (2000px). The default is A4 size, 300 DPI.

To keep in mind:

Commissions are for digital art (for now)

The number of commissions is always limited to a certain quantity until I finish them. They can be of a specific style, in case I clarify it at the beginning of the post.

By contacting me, I will give you access to an Excel file that will help you to know how much your commission will cost. You have all the variables and options in view to define better your idea. That Excel file will guide me and help in case of additional costs (minor changes, added accessories, etc).

Communicating with me doesn't mean you have the place automatically reserved until you have a clear idea, we know the price and you do the first payment. I won't wait more than two weeks if you delay your decision and don't finalize the first agreement.

For original characters (OCs) / original art I require references, guides of the base colors, or others. The clearer they are, the better.

Try to put the whole idea together in the first phase. You can search for images or a scene from a series similar to what you want; stock images that have a similar pose you want, even scribble something to give me an idea. Or ultimately, discuss it with me.

About fanarts, I would appreciate it if you come to me and ask for them about that fiction I like or I have already drawn before. NOTE: although I could try to imitate something about the drawing style of the chosen fiction, art is always going to end up having my style. I'm not going to copy styles and less if I have never tried to imitate them before. In case you want me to be inspired by a specific appearance in the world of comics, where there are many versions and artists for the same character, I would appreciate references.

I reserve the right to refuse to make a drawing if it isn't to my liking or preference.

What I do

Original art. OCs. OCxCanon (your OC with a fictional character you like) or other type. Chibis. Fanart.

Characters with tails, ears, the skin of special colors, horns, wings, or fantasy creatures (eg: fairies, mermaids, etc).

LGBT+: -BL/Shonen-ai/Yaoi/Slash. -Shojo-ai/Yuri/FemSlash. -Androgynous and intersex characters. -Transgender and transexual characters.

Selfcest (couple with character + doppelgänger or clone)

I also add speech bubbles to the drawing.

Gore, with the restrictions mentioned below (qualifies as NSFW).

Artistic nudes (different from erotic nude)

I also do erotic art (+18 / NSFW), but at the moment it's not available because I'm making specific terms and conditions for it.

What I don't do

Character creation/design.

Hyperrealism or realism.

Portrait of real people. This includes that I won't use the appearance of live-action actors for fanart.

Manga or comic-strips. Only illustrations.

Animations.

Animals (although in fanart, it could be analyzed).

Cartoon style (eg. The Powerpuff Girls)

Very complex backgrounds (eg: detailed city). The alternative is to use royalty-free images as background and adapt them, but this must be thought of in advance.

Robots (mecha) and vehicles.

Mpreg and Omegaverse or A/B/O

Furry -because I don't manage it for now-. The exception is the cases I mentioned above. You can ask me for a character with special skin and some extremities.

I prefer to avoid drawing characters with physiognomies that I usually don't draw and of which I have no reference -supermuscular, very thin, etc.-

In the case of ships (couples in fanart) I must emphasize that I don't consider myself "multishipper". If I don't like something, I can hardly draw it; my discouragement will show. And I also prefer not to give a hard time to those who do support that ship. So please, I would appreciate it if you ask for fanarts of ships I like (in any case you can ask me) and/or that I have already drawn before.

I'm not going to make couple fanart involving characters from completely different and disparate universes/companies.

Anything else I haven't thought at my own discretion.

PROHIBITIONS

Art that incites violence and/or hatred of particular races, ethnicities, religions, sexual preferences, ideologies, people, characters, or fandoms.

Lolicon, shotacon, pedophilia, statutory r*pe and others.

Any type of non-consensual or doubtful consensual sexual representation.

Paraphilias related to human waste and others.

Eroguro (for gore art) and vorarefilia.

Anything else I haven't thought at my own discretion.

Erotic art is going to have its particular prohibitions.

IMPORTANT about my work process

PAYMENT: with the help of the Excel file you can indicate all the variables and know the cost of the commission. In the case of prices with decimals from 0.5 upwards, they are always going to be rounded upwards. International: Paypal Uruguay: to agree. ⠀ A prior fee payment of 50% of the defined price is required to reserve the place and start the artwork. The remaining price will be requested to proceed to send the full quality art at the final step. In international cases, payment will be made by payment request in Paypal, requiring the commissioner's e-mail for that purpose. In national cases and payment with the local currency (Uruguay), the price must be transformed according to the dollar price on the same day of payment (both for the money advance and for the finalization, separately).

The default of my drawings is A4 size, 300 DPI.

Revisions: once the sketch is approved, I will show the process twice. And I will only allow minor adjustments (changes to certain colors, lineart color, simple background color, etc). These adjustments have an extra cost.

Deadlines: for now, I don't work with deadlines. How long it takes depends on the complexity of the art, how much time I can spend on it daily, and my general personal situation.

Refund: once the drawing has started, I won't refund the initial fee if you decide to discontinue, cancel or stop communicating to advance the commission. In case it cannot be finished for major reasons involving me (example: long-term illness), I will give notice and if you don't want to delay the process any longer, the commission will be closed, delivered and I won't ask for the other part of the price.

During the process I will never send an original sample of the art for safety; I will use watermarks. I hope you understand.

If you prefer the drawing to be private, you should clarify it in advance. But if possible I would like to be able to show the result, to have more examples of what I can do for people who choose me like you.

If you want to use as a reference an old art of mine, I can hardly do the same (also my old art was mostly traditional). Always try to have my recent art as an example.

If during the time of the commission I upload unrelated art to my profiles, it doesn't mean that I'm forgetting or lowering the commission relevance. I have personal projects, all the time. It's normal for me to work on several arts at the same time.

Post commission

If you aren't the person who commissioned the art, DON'T REPOST. Contact me to ask for permission. And the rule is to ALWAYS give credits correctly (nothing of "credits to the author", please). It costs nothing to support us artists by sharing our art from the original posts, please.

As long as you ask for permission and don't remove the signature or credits, you can make edits of the drawings that I have done on commission for you. If the edition complicates the visibility of the signature, you can contact me to re-sign it.

Please, don't use my work for commercial purposes. Every commission is made for personal purposes since in another case, copyright is going to be a topic, and is a tedious and complicated topic. If they come to me with major interests (eg: get me involved in a formal project), I appreciate a consult in a more personal way.
