Meet Shimeji!
The Paladin of the Yellow Lion.
Shimi is an alien species called Agaricus, a peaceful group of mushroom growing humanoids who thrive in the carved out husks of huge mushroom flora. Every young Agaricus is raised to grow their own home one day, but Shimi was always busy being taught about the legendary Voltron. She was never very good at the agricultural side, and dreaded her eventual coming of age.
This didn’t matter in the end, however, as one of her closest friends betrayed her and sold her to the Galra. It was there she met the Paladin of the Blue Lion, Rahxin, and together they uncovered the Castle of Lions. Now they’ve just gotta figure out this whole Paladin thing, and Shimi doesn’t believe she’s the right one for the job.
Shimi is rather tall, leaning towards the seven foot range. When she gets nervous (which tends to be often) she excretes a toxin on her skin that can knock out attackers. She’s the friendly sort, wanting the best for people, and despite her seemingly timid nature she can be a vicious fighter and defender.
