Born and raised in San Myshuno, chef Heather Roberson began her career at the renowned L'atelier restaurant in the uptown district of San My, working under the guidance of esteemed chef Joël Rebuchin. Committed to exploring new techniques, Heather embarked on a five-year working tour throughout Selvadorada and Tomarang, sampling her way through different regional flavours and immersing herself in the essentials of regional cuisine, both traditional and cutting-edge.
Green Hill at Bagley Barns is the expansion of all of Heather’s endeavours, a project close to her heart that she focuses all her creativity into, which guests can sense in each meal. Heather has now been head chef at Green Hill for over 8 years and it is due to her vision of creative and innovative cuisine, Green Hill was awarded 2 Simelin stars in the past 4 consecutive years.
