#i precepted again today it wasn’t a bad shift#BUT#the cancer pt i had the other day who was fight for 8 years passed away 😣#she is no longer suffering though ❤️🩹 she was the sweetest woman#and today one of my pts was a 58 year old woman who is paralyzed on her left side because she had a stroke#and a craniotomy and then a cranioplasty#she started talking about how her hubbt died 2 years ago and how he was the love of her life#and that she’s been through a lot#she really made me feel empathy man becaus i can’t even begin to imagine how she feels#i ended up sitting down with her and talking to her about her life while i fed her food cause i had the extra time to#and her friend was on the phone too#we all just started talking about life and i asked questions about them#her friend was like you’re the sweetest nurse i’ve ever met and that my heart was in pure#that felt nice 🥹 i don’t even do it for recognition but it really was nice hearing that#❤️🩹#i gave her a hand hug before i left i pray she feels less depressed#she was too sweet#venting#SO MANY TYPOS IDC !!!
