i was playing the game since it dropped. i remember how thirsty everyone was for shane, lamenting how he wasn't a marriage candidate. i was there when concernedape put out a poll to decide who the two new marriage candidates would be. i voted on that poll.

i am a true fan who's been there since the very beginning and i think shane is neat and good.

kinda frustrated seeing recounts of the colleen ballinger drama throwing in talking about menstruation with minors onto her list of sins without elaborating. what she did was inappropriate because she was asking her teen fans about THEIR bodies and THEIR periods. menstruation itself is not an inappropriate topic for kids, i got my period at 11 with zero forewarning and it sucked!!

I know it’s just an unfunny joke but it’s always really annoyed me when sdv fans always talk about romancing shane by saying “I can fix him” cuz like. That’s a dumb phrase often used to refer to some guy who’s like a complete asshole and you think you can change him by loving him and turning him into your little project. And applying that to Shane who’s just like, a depressed guy, it’s kinda very telling how people think about depressed people in general :/
