@nakedhealthjourney 💙 ・・・ Stress for me used to mean turning to food (bad food as in eating my feelings) grabbing take out, chocolate bars, ice cream you name it! Then I’d go sit on the deck with half a pack of cigarettes and a 6 pack of coolers.. why? Because that’s what I thought would fix my stress.. did it? Probably for a few seconds the first couple bites your flavor sensors are firing those first few puffs your heads rushing.. but the long term? Absolutely not.. it was ruining my health! Did I know this?
