This has been knocking my noggin since Selkie YN came to be, but if Eclipse is hiding their seal skin, and he still needs to hunt that leaves out skinless selkie alone in human form. What would happen if Micheal and Vanessa found them? I feel like it would be really confusing considering it’s just this random human with barley anything on in the middle of the Arctic like “how have you not frozen to death”and maybe they take them back to base?

Michael and Vanessa would be stunned to find a human in practically nothing out in the Arctic. They'd act quickly to get Y/N back to shelter and warmth, and Y/N is very confused and skittish but ultimately goes with them. They get Y/N dressed and 'warmed up' while asking many questions that Y/N outright doesn't answer, preferring silence and simply responding with head nods or shakes.

Michael has his suspicions. Vanessa is just glad they found Y/N before they froze to death.

Unfortunately for the helpful humans, when Eclipse returns, seal skin in hand and his selkie nowhere to be found, he's panicked, then furious. He spies the footprints across the snow, leading inland.

Now he's on the hunt for blood and his selkie.

So when it comes to a lot of female characters that I ship with my OC’s, I like to imagine what kind of children they would have together and also I have an easier time writing and imagining sex with someone who has a dick and someone who has a pussy versus two people who have pussies

As a result, Black Maria getting Saffron pregnant is usually explained via Devil Fruit shenanigans or just isn’t explained at all, Black Maria isn’t the only one either as Ulti is also capable of getting Saffron pregnant and each of Saffron’s S/O’s want to be able to make her have their babies

But yeah basically, that’s why so it’s safe to assume that if I’m writing fictional women having intercourse with my OC’s then it’s either strap on or just that they have a dick so that’s the explanation

I guess in unexplained scenarios, those two scenarios of Ivankov changing the female into a male or them secretly being a futa could work but typically I try not to think too hard about it beyond weird side effect of Devil Fruit or something as then I think too much about it and the smut idea that I had winds up going nowhere

I think the furthest that I’ve ever thought about it is that after sex, the dick just kinda goes away and now there’s just two women but anyways that’s enough of that sort of talk now

Willow is by no means then strongest member of the Roger Pirates like she’s pretty tough, don’t get me wrong but she’s nothing compared to the people on Roger’s crew and considering the bounty on all of them it caused some pretty strong people to be after them

So considering that it’s very likely that she has a bounty on her head, it’s likely that Willow could get a bad ending where she’s captured by an enemy and locked up but considering Rayleigh is also her husband, I doubt that she would be locked up for long

I have mentally played around with the idea of Willow returning to the island where they found her after Roger’s execution only to find her father gone so she lives out the rest of her days in solitude but absolutely none of her S/O’s would allow that so her only bad ending winds up being beaten to death by her father after she didn’t meet Roger and them

As a result, she’s likely alive and in scenarios where Rayleigh and Shakky raised Ace then I can see her acting as another mother to Ace like if Rouge is 1st Mom and Shakky is 2nd Mom then Willow is 3rd Mom plus honestly I can see her telling the best bedtime stories about witches flying through the night and using magic

In scenarios where Ace was raised by Dadan then I can imagine that Willow might be Rayleigh and Shakky but she might also be with Gaban, I can’t really see her as being with Shanks and Buggy like I can see her remaining in contact with them but probably not going with them as despite having a love for running through the woods at night and wanting to be a witch, Willow actually does value calm times

Speaking of Witch by the way, I forgot to really expand upon her so I’ll give a quick explanation as to who she is and why she matters when it comes to Willow and her character

Basically when Willow was young, Willow wanted to be a witch so badly when she grew up to the point where she would pretend cast spells and run around with a broom but her Dad crushed her dreams and forced her to give up on that in favor of being a farmer who takes care of all their needs

These years of isolation and living with only a shit father to keep her company caused Willow’s mental state to take a hit so this prompted the creation of what is kind of like a hallucination and it’s an entity known simply as Witch who embodies everything that Willow wanted to be when she grew up but couldn’t

Witch is her entirely own separate being as she appears to be able to react to things that Willow can’t actively see but despite that, she comes from Willow and refuses to elaborate beyond that on what she is and where she came from

However luckily Witch is incapable of interacting with anything, she can’t even touch Willow and is basically a ghost as she can’t touch anything or be seen by anyone as even Rayleigh doesn’t know when Witch is around however he is aware of her existence

No one but Willow can see Witch but the Roger Pirates are aware of Witch’s existence due to Willow telling them, Witch also encourages her to be a version of her that she wants to see like if Willow happens to disobey someone or take that extra minute on a break from her duties then Witch encourages it

But she’s also a bit of a little shit as she enjoys scaring Willow and just popping out of the weirdest places, Witch has gotten a lot calmer though ever since Rouge chewed her out and trust me as being chewed out by a beautiful lady who can’t see you but is clearly pissed at you is terrifying

i had an idea for like a siren au where usnavi's a siren thats trapped in a kinda large lake and he falls in love with vanessa who comes camping there a lot with her friends and usnavi uses siren courtship (leaving rocks for vanessa) to attempt to woo her without her knowing it was him or that he exists for a while and she eventually finds him? sorry for it being so long ive had this idea for a while haha

Ooooh neat! I’m guessing Usnavi’s the version of siren who are aquatic instead of the ones with wings. And maybe when Vanessa and Usnavi finally meet face to face, Usnavi decides to woo her by singing for her, without the whole hypnotizing stuff, cause maybe they made a promise of trust; Vanessa promised not to tell anyone where Usnavi was so they would hunt him, and Usnavi promised to never use his magic on her. And maybe since Usnavi’s trapped in the lake, that means the rest of his family, like Abuela and Sonny are out in the ocean waiting for his return, and they’ve only been able to communicate by song or something at night. And maybe Vanessa, with the help of Benny and Nina, try to find a way to get Usnavi back to the ocean where he belongs and keep him safe from hunters and romance blossoms and all that good stuff. Though I think the ending would be kinda bittersweet since Vanessa has to stay on land and Usnavi has to stay in the sea. I mean, I’m sure they visit each other every day and maybe they use magic to be together or something. Use your imagination ;)

My WIPs!

I almost exclusively write fantasy, usually involving mythological creatures like dragons, mermaids, sirens, selkies, werewolves, vampires, etc! Always involving magic and many LGBTQ+ characters! I also occasionally write and post short stories which you can find here.

My Main WIP - The sequel to A Selkie’s Home (which you can check out here and my tag for it is here) and 2nd book in the series. In A Witch’s Curse, Lorelai, a sea witch, finds herself on a tiny ship when suddenly the flashbacks of her traumatic past begin to haunt and disturb her much, much more frequently than they have in a long time. Why? Does it mean anything? These reminders make Lorelai want to re-start her quest to find the man who hurt her and make him pay. But when a horde of strangely crazed violent selkies begin attacking the group, it’s not Lorelai’s traumatic past that is brought to life– it’s Morgan’s, the selkie on board. When Morgan flees into the sea, she has no idea that she is leading all of them towards new discoveries, new friends, and right into the hands of their enemy: The Navy.

A steampunk world roughly like the late 1700s early 1800s, where many unique kinds of dragons live side by side with humans, and a dictator rules. A gay deaf MC Oliver, his crush Sammy who uses a wheelchair, and their friend Vanessa who has ADHD each have their own dragon partners. But when the dictator outlaws dragon prosthetics and decrees that every dragon that is disabled or unable to work perfectly should be killed immediately, Oliver, Sammy, and Vanessa must go on the run and find a way to save their dragons.

Toonami Weekly Recap 8/21/2021

Fena: Pirate Princess EP#03 - Bar-Baral: A British officer enlists the help of a pirate named O'Malley to bring Fena back to the island. Meanwhile, Fena and crew's submersible ship (Bonito II) docks at the free island of Bar-Baral so that they can get food and supplies for their journey. Fena and the warrior twins Kaede and Enju get some new clothes and find a lead on another separate clear stone that was discovered to have come from Germany. Suddenly, the three are ambushed by the British soldier who originally bought Fena before she escaped, who is now leading a crew of hired pirates and mercenaries to capture her. The twins and Yukimaru manage to fend off their attackers, although Yukimaru gets hit by a musket ball while escaping with Fena. Being back out on the water, Tsubaka scolds Fena and the twins for their irresponsible actions. Later that night, the British soldier is shown tossed overboard to his doom as his services are no longer required by the British officer.

Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon EP#08 - The Dream Gazing Trap: Riku pays a visit to Jūbei, who gives him a large sum of gold for his services and reveals that he intends to use Towa, Setsuna and Moroha in his plan to defeat the remaining three Perils so that he can obtain all seven Rainbow Pearls and gain untold demonic power. Meanwhile, the three girls follow Yotsume to Kyūki's hideout. Kyūki uses the Purple Rainbow Pearl to empower Yotsume, who uses his power to put Towa, Moroha and Takechiyo to sleep. In their dreams, it is revealed that Moroha was given away at Kagome's urgent request as a baby and entrusted to Hachiemon when the two were about to confront both Kirinmaru and Sesshōmaru, Takechiyo was entrusted as a baby to Jūbei by Miroku for unknown reasons, and that the Dream Butterfly had carried Setsuna's memories to the Sacred Tree of Ages, where the adult Rin is imprisoned. Setsuna, being incapable of sleep, resists Yotsume's powers and destroys him. Kyūki reclaims the Pearl and confronts the three girls, stealing Towa and Moroha's energy due to them still being under influence of Yotsume's spell. As Setsuna fights Kyūki alone, Moroha reminds Towa about her natural ability to steal demonic energy and Towa uses it to fight and defeat Kyūki with the Sōryūha attack she inherited from her dog-demon father. After the battle, Riku arrives to obtain the purple Rainbow Pearl, and Jūbei later introduces him to the girls as his and Takechiyo's employer, rewarding them for Kyūki's defeat with part of the gold he received from Riku.

My Hero Academia Season 5 (Endeavor Agency Arc) EP#104 (16): Long Time No See, Selkie: The Oki Mariner Crew is pursuing a ship carrying chemicals used to make an illegal quirk booster drug. Due to the difficult situation, Selkie requests a team up with the Ryukyu agency. Ryukyu, Uraraka, Asui, and Nejire arrive, and Selkie has the young heroes relax on the beach for the day to boost their morale. As the sun sets, the heroes take to the ocean while the smugglers attempt another escape. Selkie and Asui board the ship, but a cargo plane carrying the chemicals starts to take off. Sirius fires a harpoon carrying Uraraka, who utilizes the grappling hook in her new costume to latch onto the plane. Uraraka takes out the smuggler and with help from Ryukyu and Nejire, lands the plane safely. Afterwards, Selkie and Ryukyu discuss how the smugglers’ client had used a fake name, and that the chemicals were supposed to be brought to Otheon, Europe. Meanwhile, a mysterious man hears about the disrupted delivery. However, he declares it to be fine, as he already has the amount needed to prepare for the "salvation of humanity".

Food Wars: The Fourth Plate (Promotion Exams Arc) EP#62 (01) - That Which I Want to Protect: With the first round resulting in a sweeping victory for the rebels, the second round begins with Kuga, Megishima, Mimasaka competing against Tsukasa, Rindou, and Saitou respectively. The theme ingredients are green tea for Kuga and Tsukasa, tuna for Mimasaka and Saitou, and cayenne pepper for Megishima and Rindou. Rindou decides to use alligator meat, revealing her specialization in rare, exotic ingredients. Megishima also takes advantage of his ramen specialization, intending to use char siu pork to create an "African ramen". In a flashback, it is shown that Megishima initially did not want to join the rebels, deciding to protect the local ramen shops in his hometown. However, he was convinced by Soma's determination, and joined the fight against Central. In the present, both Megishima and Rindou prepare to add cayenne pepper to their dishes.

Black Clover: The Spade Kingdom and the Dark Triad Arc EP#162 - The Great War Breaks Out: Rill and Charlotte depart to meet the other captains so Asta and Finral return to their base. Loropechika and Undine suddenly sense six enemies inside the kingdom, including Vanica Zogratis and her devil Megicula. Asta reaches Bull's base and Finral teleports to fetch Yami. Gordon continues training in curse magic with his family. Asta learns after Magna returned from the Heart Kingdom he disappeared with Zora. Henry suddenly warns the Bulls the base is being levitated by Dante Zogratis using gravity magic. Realising his target, Yami, is absent, Dante attempts to crush the base, only failing due to Rouge. Seeing Vanessa is both powerful and beautiful Dante decides he wants her as a mistress. Gauche creates multiple Asta clones, hoping Dante cannot dodge them all, but Dante activates his devil form and generates a reality warping black hole so every attack misses. Seeing that Asta is also devil possessed Dante attempts to reason with him that humans are the evil ones but Asta furiously disagrees. Dante destroys Rouge and stabs Gauche. Asta has a very brief flashback of a woman calling him her beloved son before unleashing his devil powers. Lucifero, Dante’s devil, assures him Asta is likely possessed by a low level devil, so Dante is shocked when Asta manages to predict his movements and slash his face, enraging him.

Hello fellow Lumberjanes fans!! After reading Issue 75 I have Many Thoughts (Head Full) so I wrote this little fic (below the cut for your convenience), please enjoy <3

They tell the younger kids it's a slumber party. Something to celebrate the end of summer, and the promise of coming back next year.

The younger kids know they're lying.

"The yeti's are here," a little girl says matter-of-factly to Jo. "And all the big bugs, and the mermaids and the selkies. And the selkies never come."

Jo looks at her sash, covered in badges like she was waiting to show her parents. She's only at Seedpod level, not even a Sapling yet. She's got a few badges - Pungeon Master, May The Forge Be With You, Daylight Savor - and she sewed them on herself, by the looks of it. Maybe her counselor helped her out with the first one. Jo wants to ask her where her counselor is, wants to find someone else to take this poor kid off her hands, but then Jo remembers that Marley said. We did a head count and we have all the scouts, but...

She realizes that Jen was one of the lucky ones.

"Everything's gonna be okay," Jo tells the girl, managing to spit the lie out even though it's catching between her teeth. "It's just a slumber party. Then you get to go home in the morning, and it'll be fun."

The kid opens her mouth to say something else, but Jo's gone before she has the chance.

April's sitting in a hammock, one of the ones the Roswell's tied up high near the ceiling. Upon second glance, Jo realizes that Ripley's up there, too, though not for long - as soon as she spots Jo, she's speeding down the beam in a hurry, and before she knows it Jo sees an orange t-shirt and a streak of blue at her side.

"Are we sleeping up there?" Asks Jo.

"Nah, Dighton called dibs," April says. "But they're letting us hang out up here while they check on the moose stables. Looking for stragglers, folks who mighta been left behind."

"Me and April were looking through her scrapbook!" Ripley says, buzzing with excitement. You wouldn't think that a horrible catastrophic event was currently threatening to literally consume all of their lives. Except that Ripley's always like this, or at least, seems to be: bright and glittery and jumping up-and-down, with a grin so wide and toothy you could see how (The Other) Jonesy was willing to accept her as one of her own.

There's a noise from above, and Jo sees that April's started to shimmy down to the ground, now. She's got a satchel over her shoulder - Jo's satchel, she realizes - and her scrapbook's under her arm. April lands with a small Thud! on the ground in front of them, strikes a Spider-Man pose, and then stands, reaching out her elbow to Jo.

Elbow bump.

Bring it up.

Lock thumbs.

Wiggly fingers.

Peace sign.

The handshake is surprisingly calming, though maybe it shouldn't be. It reminds Jo that she's still here. She's still with April. The world is ending, not yet, not if they've got any say in it. Ripley lets out a small, longing sigh.

"I wish I had a secret handshake buddy."

The sun's setting outside the windows, and the girls stand there and watch it go down. All of them. Every cabin - Cosmos, Zodiac, Dighton, Luna, Woolpit, Eclipse, Roswell, Dyatlov, Aurora, Walcott, Dartmoor, Xena, Voynich, Roanoke. They stand, some clustered close together, others turned away. On each other's shoulders, in arms, in hugs and embraces and one impressive cheerleading lift from the Xena cabin, who've been working on it all summer and haven't had the time to show it off before. They watch the sun go down over the forest, and then it's gone.

For the first time in the world, the forest is silent.

Mal pulls out her guitar.

"Me and Emily and Wren have been working on something," she says. "I was helping them get some campfire song badges the other day."

Someone lights a small fire in the mess hall fireplace. Mal takes a seat right beside it, the warm glow making her seem braver than she is. Emily and Wren sit beside her, because they've already been dragged into this, whether they like it or not, and honestly, their song isn't half bad (at least, that was the verdict with Mackenzie when they sang it for her - they were technically supposed to run it past three people to get the badge, but Vanessa didn't need to know that).

"When the world is ending we can sing and we can play, dancing in the forest as we laugh our lives away. Watch the stars go out my Lumberjane, and catch them one by one. Never know the place you go that changed your fear to fun."

Bubbles bounces off of Molly's head and scurries over to Ripley. They bow at each other and then begin to dance. It's not long before others join in. Mackenzie and Feryal start square-dancing. April and Jo never quite got their Go Ball-istic badges, but they manage. When someone trips, someone else catches them, and everyone laughs. Mal, Wren, and Emily's song has a tempo that's surprisingly upbeat. No one listens to the words.

When it's over, Mal sings them some cool indie song no one's ever heard of, and then a Disney request from a girl in Aurora (it's mostly improv'd, and some other girls jump in to help Mal find the chords, but overall she doesn't do a half-bad job), and then Lumberjanes Way, and then they tire themselves out and Seafarin' Karen (left in charge of the kids, left to guard them and make sure nothing bad happens to them) tells them they "ought to be gettin' some shuteye, dontcha think" and then before they know it they're off to bed.

They tuck themselves into sleeping bags, hammocks, makeshift beds, literal beds (some of the girls in Voynich and Eclipse just got their Wood You Or Wouldn't You woodworking badges, and are feeling handy right now) and someone sings a lullaby, though no one could tell you who. The counselors are noticeably absent; Vanessa's watching the perimeter by the volleyball courts, and Jen's on the porch of Rosie's cabin, and the others are all scattered somewhere in-between. The Roanokes are right in the middle of it all (because aren't they always?) fast asleep in the center of the mess hall.

Five girls sleeping, all in a row. Molly, Mal, Ripley, April, Jo.

Mal dreams about falling through the ocean. Ripley dreams of dinosaurs and cats, all named Jonesy, and siblings she's been missing for a while. April's punching something in her dream - she thinks it's a fox, but she's not sure. Jo's competing in a robotics contest against someone she doesn't quite recognize.

Molly dreams about a silver deer, racing through the forest, beckoning her softly to follow. The deer has antlers, a large, proud rack, but Molly knows its a girl. She has a bow around her neck, and a quiver of arrows. She's... she's going off to go fight something.

Molly wakes up.

The name "Helmi" means "Pearl" in Nordic; While the name "Muir" means "Sea" in Scottish.

Her symbol is a Purified Heart

Helmi is inspired by Nanachi- Made In Abyss

She has extensive knowledge of medicinal plants and survival that she learned from someone she loved.

It bothers her to be stroked her sealskin, as it's very fluffy and soft. She's also not fond of hugs and caresses (she's ashamed), but she can make exceptions sometimes. In fact, Mugman and Cala María tend to caress her a lot

She is Cala María's best friend (besides that Cala is grateful to her for saving Mugman's life)

Her eyes are peridot green (her lover used to always tell her)

her damaged hair and dark circles are a demonstration of her depression

can survive in fresh and salt water

she cannot hypnotize with her singing, but she has a very powerful intuition, it could almost be said that it is as if she is reading minds or predicting the future

Due to her depression, she also lost her own scent. Sinces she no longer smells like a female selkie, she lost it when her lover died. (she's almost smelless)

She is a bit expressionless, but it was not always like that, in the past, she used to smile a lot and a bit shy.

mermaids can live in the lowest temperatures below zero; and Helmi lived in a more with low temperature

Selkies don't usually live alone, they're always found in herds. But Helmi lives in isolation and because of her depression she refuses to join another herd.

-BIO:

When she was 15 years old, she was kidnapped by a black market tycoon. But she was not the only one, there were also many selkies. The Tycoon wanted to sell her furs. But one of the Tycoon's underlings, a Cat species named "Liam" became very fond of Helmi, and the two fell in love. Liam lent Helmi a special book, and it taught her many things about survival and medicinal plants.

Liam wasn't willing to let Helmi die, so he planned to escape with her. But he was discovered by the tycoon and annihilated him in front of Helmi, throwing him into a well being consumed by gelatinous cubes.

After that, The Tycoon didn't need the selkies anymore, so he released the last one he had left: Helmi, and left her on a beach. Helmi isolated herself in an underwater lair and lived alone for 4 years.

After a battle between Mugman and Vanessa, Vanessa was already defeating him, and managed to suck most of the blood from his body. Cala María managed to rescue him and flee with him. However, when fleeing they were pursued by Vanessa's "pets", some SkullCrawlers. Cala managed to avoid them, but reached a polar place, where she tried to save Mugman. Mugman fainted, about to die from anemia, Cala Maria was desperate.

Helmi, who was watching everything from afar, couldn't take it anymore, and decided to help her. Cala Maria had no choice but to trust her to save Mugman, so they went with Helmi to her lair and Helmi healed him and saved his life. Mugman was unconscious for 2 days. and in that span of time, Cala became attached to Helmi. Helmi was touched by the love Cala and Mugman had for each other.

Helmi decided to teach Cala María how to develop her intuition by fighting a SkullCrawler. When Cala learned to overdevelop her intuition, Helmi discovered that Cala was half Gorgon, Cala was so grateful to Helmi, and decided to return the favor. Helmi was not ambitious and didn't want anything in return, however, she really wanted to ask Cala for something, to kill the Tycoon who took the life of her beloved Liam.

After Helmi explained her story to Cala, so that Liam's soul could rest in peace and reach some underworld. Cala María was very doubtful, because she knew that as soon as she killed the tycoon, Helmi would take her own life in order to be with Liam. Cala didn't want Helmi to die, since she considered her her friend, so she made Helmi promise that she would not take her own life as soon as she killed the tycoon.

It was difficult for Helmi to agree, but she promised. Cala Maria managed to kill him, and made Helmi cry as hard as she could, because she remembered Liam. Later, Mugman woke up and Helmi helped re-enable him to regain his strength. As soon as Mugman recovered, he also considered her a friend, so he asked her to go with them to Inkwell and live there. Helmi hesitated, but agreed, Mugman would get her a possible home in the garden clan, she would surely help.

Ok, so I’ve read a some fics in a couple of ur AUs (dumpster fire and selkie verse (mostly peter fics because I’m obsessed with him)) and I looked on ur tumblr and saw stuff for little spidey? What’s that? I also read a ficlet that I think was into the multiverse w/ little peter a daredevil who was going to be ordered to kill him? Could you explain that? I want to get into your other AUs, but they seem a bit confusing... Basically, can I get a brief overview of ur AUs (+ peter’s role in them)1/2

The reason the AUs are confusing is because you’re coming into them halfway through! The best way to know what’s going on with the AUs is to go to their series pages and read the first fic, honestly, but I can understand that that can be a little intimidating because Ao3 will not let me condense the tags for series (does anyone know how to do this??)

I’ve explained my big 4 verses here (links to these verses are located here)

These consist of In Technicolor, Inimitable Verse, The DFV, and Into the Multiverse.

A scientist brings Ben Parker, Jonathan Murdock, Vanessa Carlysle, and Maria Castle back from the dead to use them to get information to help destroy Spiderman, Daredevil, Deadpool, and the Punisher.

Foggy deals with the legal fallout. Peter and Ben get reunited in this piece and they are so toothachingly sweet.

WAC Season 3(ish)

Week 20: Episodes N/A

The girls return to Alfea in high spirits after their Halloween outing, and buckle down for exams.

Faragonda catches word of their escapades and manages to get a copy of Tecna's video. Though the original purpose of Tecna filming everything had been so they could keep track of any suspicious activity, the resulting footage made for great watching for the Alfea staff, who decide to give the girls extra credit for their quick thinking, teamwork, and unusual application of their powers.

The staff also discuss whether or not to allow the Winx to begin taking Mission Assignments in the new semester.

Typically regulated to the more senior and specialised students, Mission Assignments are paying jobs that require a special skill set, but are easy enough for the higher level students to handle, giving them both income, and experience in the field. (In uncontrolled conditions.)

Griselda reminds the other teachers that the Winx may not want to major in 'universe saving', and would probably like the chance to go back to being normal students, now that all apparent threats have been dealt with.

The adults agree, and decide to put forth the possibility to the Winx in the following semester, and allow the girls to decide for themselves.

As the week, and school term, comes to an end, the Winx finalise their plans for the two weeks of school vacation. Bloom talks to Faragonda about keeping The Sparx at Alfea, since she has nowhere on Earth to park it, and picks up a 'vacation pass' while she's there, so that truancy officers on Earth don't bother her. Though she admits that her mother and father should be able to convince the officers that Bloom is genuinely on vacation, since thanksgiving break would start the week Bloom went back to Alfea.

(Faragonda inquires about the holiday system Earth uses, and asks if Bloom would like to spend the night with her parents, since many students have allowances for their own cultural holidays. Bloom agrees to think on how she'd like to handle it.)

While the girls are packing, Stella mentions that Solaria is having a cultural event in the middle of the holidays, and asks if the girls would like to attend the ceremony and ball that will be held for the occasion.

The girls all agree that a chance to party would be welcome, and decide to meet in Magix the morning prior to the ceremony, so they can make sure their outfits don't clash, and get a crash course in the Solarian event.

Their schedules synced, they head out.

The group catch a bus over to Magix, choosing the slower transport so they can spend just a little more time together, their pixies with them as they've opted to stick with their fairies for the vacation period.

Since Musa, Tecna and Flora's departure time is still some time away, Aisha leads the girls down to the docks to check out her transport home.

A small yacht named Anne-Marine, which can teleport from one ocean to another via magical currents connected with Ocean Gates. At the rest of the Winx' confused looks, Aisha explains.

(Ocean Gates are doorways that connect all oceans to the Heart of the Seas, otherwise known as the Infinite Ocean. Ocean Gates can also connect any two oceans to one another, but are guarded by selkies.)

The girls board Anne-Marine and take a look around. Flora notices a small charm hanging by the ship's wheel, and Aisha tells the group about her childhood friend, Anne, to whom the charm belonged, and who'd passed away several years prior. With a sad smile, Aisha admits she named her yacht after her friend, because both had given her freedom, and it made it feel like part of Anne was still with her.

The group share a hug and turn the conversation to lighter topics, like taking Anne-Marine out for a day after the Solarian event. When the group leaves the marina to grab a quick lunch before they separate, Bloom asks Aisha about the possibility of an Ocean Gate on Earth, and whether it may have been affected by whatever disappeared the fairies.

Aisha says she wouldn't know, but promises to look into it.

After seeing the others off, Bloom, Stella, Kiko and their pixies teleport to Earth. As they land in Bloom's room, the fairy proclaims that she really needs to learn to teleport for herself. Stella pouts and jokes about Bloom not needing her anymore.

('Noooo, if you can teleport for yourself you won't need me anymore, and I'm needy about needing to be needed Bloom!'/'You know, I could always take public transport?'/'Pft, like anyone would make a route to Earth for one person.'/'or I could fly The Sparx?'/'and park it where?'/'so teach me to teleport.'/'I don't know if I can, my ability to teleport is tied to the Ring, so you'd still need that, assuming you could use it for teleporting.')

Their conversation is derailed by Vanessa, who heard them talking from down the hall. Vanessa welcomes them all back, and while Stella is clinging to Bloom, reluctant to say good bye to her friend for a whole, entire WEEK, Vanessa invites the princess to stay the night, and head home in the morning.

Stella readily agrees.

(After dinner and catch up with Bloom's parents, the duo practice teleporting with the Ring. It turns out Bloom can use that ability of the artefact.)

Stella leaves the next morning after reapplying her clarity of vision spell*, since it had suffered a significant deterioration, like it had aged a few decades in the few weeks since Stella had first cast it.

(Stella double checks the date and time with Bloom for her pick up for the ball, and even offers an invite to Mike and Vanessa, but the pair politely decline, worried they'd be too far out of their depth in a 'magical space palace.')

*Clarity of Vision Spell: gives Vanessa and Mike the ability to see the pixies and other beings who are otherwise invisible to non- and lower tiered magicals. First cast during the trial concerning the attempt on Vanessa's shop.
