I feel like I need to escape. Not from anywhere in particular, and not to any particular place. Just to escape, to get out of this bubble I’ve kept myself in. To escape this surrounding I am currently in. I want to feel the breeze against my skin and the sun press into my bones. I want to run as fast as my legs will allow me through a place I love, with someone that I love. I want to experience. I crave it. I need it. I need to go on an adventure with the sun setting behind me. I need to feel what it’s like to be alive, to really be alive. I need to feel it pump through my veins, I need to feel it steadily fill my lungs.
