Hello, can I ask if where can I watch shiyomin's seitansai stage archive, because nowadays I can't find some of NMB48's theater stage anywhere on International 48G platforms? Do you guys have a storage or anything 😅

We don't keep archives of the stage shows. Bilibili occasionally has archives but they get deleted relatively quickly. The best (and legal method) is to use a VPN and subscribe to the NMB's DMM channel as they keep all the archives there.

How was your 25 Years Old?

Probably it is not only but I thought the past one year there were so many things that did not go well. It might not be exactly correct to say that many things did not go well, maybe I’d say that the past year had been frustrating. First of all, the opportunities to meet my fans decreased. Due to the pandemic, it was hard to carry out my jobs. There was also a part of me that was thinking how it would turn out if the conditions were not like this.

Despite these conditions, I started my regular weather segment on Abema Morning. Also, the movie that was shot last year was finally released this year. Although I could not progress significantly, I’m glad that I could slowly move forward. I also learnt a lot this past year.

Also, in the past year it made me learn that we could not take everything for granted.

What do you want to achieve as a 26 Year-Old?

I couldn’t believe I’ve turned 26. I answered one of these questions alone (re: Tomu’s seitansai committee prepared trivia questions on the first row of audience seats). There is a question, “How many times have you had your seitansai since being an active member?”I was wondering how many times and on the strawberry answer sheet it is written that it is my 9th times.

However, I also had once when I was a trainee which means that I already had 10 in total. Probably. I couldn’t believe that people already celebrated my seitansai for the 10th times.

26th… I have entered my 10th year in this group and how I should go on from this point.

Of course, I have been thinking about it.

First of all, I would like to do various jobs. It might sound typical, but when I was 25 I was also thinking, “should it be alright?” Last year I thought that I couldn’t do well in many things and I was hesitant to do some of the jobs. Therefore, this year I would like to accept any kinds of offer without hesitation. Thank you very much. Hence, I am waiting for job offers! Looking forward to them and please continue to support me.

Of course, there is a part of me which couldn’t believe that I’ve turned 26. I tried to tell myself that I’m still in my twenties, I don’t want to set a limit to myself this year and I will work very hard this year. Minegishi-san’s graduation stage has yet to be decided but once she graduates I’ll be the oldest member in Team K. I would like to be a senior who could teach my juniors and leaves a legacy.

I’m not really good at that, but I would stop saying that I’m not good at it. This year I would like to do something for Team K and my juniors.

Also, I, myself, had always been thinking, “this time might be my last seitansai”. But every time it reaches summer I tend to think that “I’m also going to do it this year” and it is always like this every year.I am not sure how many times it repeats like that.

But this year, I feel that I will also do it next year. Therefore, it’s alright. No need to worry. I will not graduate anytime soon.

There are people who recently support me or people who always support me for a long time. I hope they can continue to gently watch and support me.

It has been difficult to meet these days. This time I could see your faces, but I should not take it for granted. I’m extremely happy to see your faces today. I hope someday we can meet again, but I would like also to be an idol who can give you power and energy through SNS and screens. Please continue to support me.

How long has it been since we met, 7 years? 8 years? I'm not really sure, but the years don't matter.

The thing that you are best at is working hard, but the second thing you are best at is being worried about eveyrthing around you.

When I look at you, I start thinking that I don't work hard enough for the people around me, and I feel overwhelmed.

I really respect the way you think and the way you handle being a general manager, even when there are things to do, you lead everyone with a smile.

I imagine there was a lot of uneasiness and conflict when you became the general manager of such a big group, and I know for sure there was uneasiness and conflict in handing over the position.

Since you love the group, and you aren't graduating yet, I wonder if you will be okay quitting the manager position, or if you will think it's a burden for Mion because you made a lot of problems.

I think it is time now to forget about the group and to focus on yourself. You need that kind of time once in a while.

It does not mean that you are abandoning the group or the new general manager, but you have enough juniors now that will take care of it.

Believe in the juniors that watched your back and please look at yourself now. Let the year you turn 26 years old be the year you cherish youself like that.

ゆいちゃんと出会って7年？ 8年くらい？よくわからんけど、まぁ年数はどうでもいいです。

ゆいちゃんの凄いなぁと思うところは本当に頑張り屋さんで、自分のことは二の次で、周りのことをいっつも気にしているところです。

ゆいちゃんを見ていると「人のためにそんなに頑張られないな、自分は」と思って凹むことがあるほどです。

総監督になってたくさん考えることや、やることがあるはずなのに、いつも笑顔でみんなを引っ張っていく姿は本当に尊敬します。

こんな大きなグループの総監督になることにたくさん不安や葛藤があったと思う。そして総監督を引き渡すことにもきっと不安や葛藤があったと思う。

グループを愛しているからこそ、卒業するわけじゃないのに総監督を辞めていいのか、自分が大変な思いをしてきたからこそみーおんの負担になるんじゃないか、とか。

でも今は周りのこと、グループのことは忘れて、自分に向き合ってあげる時間だと思います。たまにはそんな時間も必要ですよ。

それはグループのことや総監督という仕事を放棄していいよってわけではなく、任せてもいい後輩がもうゆいちゃんにはたくさんいるよってことです。

ゆいちゃんの背中を見てきた後輩を信じて、今は自分と向き合ってみてください。26歳はそんな自分を大切にする1年にしてくださいねー。

そしてつらい時はいつでも、夜中でも連絡待ってます。もっともっと頼ってね。

Happy 19th Birthday!!!

And greetings Ryouha-chan's fans. I'm really happy to be given the opportunity to write this letter.

I'm sure a lot of you don't know much about me. So feel free to make your own deduction while listening to me.

Frankly speaking, I couldn't remember when we first met. Before we actually met and talked to each other, I saw you on the big screen during a concert. You were such beautiful and transparent girl, that's all I can remember. Hence I really thought that were are a reliable and mature person.

After you started your concurrent position in Team 4, during lessons, I always saw Ryouha-chan was either with the manager, Nagi-chan, or sleeping. You are such a mysterious person.

I'm also a shy person, a dark person, alone for most of the time. Before I realized, we were somehow often sharing the same space. Such a mysterious phenomenon.

Surprisingly, we are the same age, and you always said that I'm interesting. You also talk to me whenever we were together during events. I'm really happy about it.

"Hell yeah! Ryouha-chan finally remembers me" It secretly makes me feel superior to other members.

Participating in AKB48 events with you makes me feel that you can definitely become someone who leads the AKB48 group as a member of SKE48.

You are always so fluffy, sleepy, and eating ice cream. But you show your presence when you are on the stage. You shine so brightly that I feel like I need sunglasses.

When I said to you that it's been a while for you to perform this stage, you replied "I'm in deep trouble" and yet you managed to perform it perfectly. And I like that part of you very much. I think you will become someone who everyone has high hopes for and admires.

I think Ryouha-chan is full of charm, please continue to shine brightly from now on too. I will continue to support you, as a fan.
