The modern food system and globalization impacts my relationship with food by having certain expectations. You are expected in society to eat a healthy meal, have a balance between fruit, veggies, diary, carbs, and protein, and last but not least get a good night sleep. If you haven't realize, a lot of companies will put GMO and cheapen mass production for themselves in order to make money. They will spend less to make but will make us as a whole pay more money for the product. This product that barely cost a dime for them to make.
