Getting roped into the Secret Santa event was far from the worst thing Asato has been pulled into. And for that, the farmer was slightly relieved. The last thing he would want is to be roped into something ridiculous… Like the pageant event from earlier. Still, picking out a gift for the journalist Yoichi Shujo from Sapporo would have been difficult if it weren’t for the fact his team members were more… Social than Asato. With their help, he decided to send Yoichi…
A book nook! Specifically one with a diorama of a little bookstore that lit up using a motion sensor that would detect when someone was in front of the book nook. Unfortunately, there is no note outside of the package address mentioning it is for the Secret Santa event that the divisions were all participating in… At least Asato managed something!
Yoichi was heading out to buy groceries that his mom assigned him to buy for Christmas dinner later on with his mom and his sisters. He grabbed his coat, scarf, wearing his shoes, then check the pocket from his raincoat did he left anything aside his wallet & smartphone. “Ok I got everything I need but urgh……thinking about me touching grass often and heading to the store with bunch of people makes me so nauseous but if I don’t, I’ll get an earful from big sister……” He let out a big sigh of not wanting to do anything beside staying at home to decorate the place peacefully but he wouldn’t want to get scolded again.
“Huh?”
As he opens the front door, he saw a package infront of him. He wondered who send the package to and from whom? neither him nor his family ordered anything online but come to his mind, it could be his relatives so he knelt down and picks it up. He look at the package around if there was a note mentioning who’s the sender except it’s from Secret Santa. He remembers there was an event where his team are called out to divisions participate Secret Santa game. Perhaps, this gift was for him after all so he opens it and saw a book nook inside.
“Wow…this is actually really cute and the detailed appearance from the inside of a mini bookstore is so amazing. I could imagine myself shrink and chill inside the library but it’d be sound bad if my sisters will accidentally step on me haha…” he made a sad laugh just to sound like a joke even though he’s utterly bad at it. Alright enough with the bad jokes, he was happy to receive the gift and looking forward to where he can put it? on his shelf or table? but wait what’s actually he’s thinking
“Hmm…I wonder who was my secret santa? Ah! I shouldn’t be staying here to think longer. I have to do my errands! U-u-um…uh Sis! could you put this in my room? It’s my gift from secret Santa so be careful of placing it. Thanks!” He asked his sister and give the book nook to her as he quickly leaves from the apartment.
Looked at the results first thing after waking up and thought I was still asleep: Eisei on the podium. Can't believe it.
Hate the FIS ticker and website though. It doesn't give me anything but the final results. What happened to Karl? Why is Kubacki so far down? I need more information!
