Greenskeeper Skin Stats, pre 2024 fest
A bit different from my previous Skin Census posts, I think this one will be more helpful
The goal of this is to help people decide on what breeds/poses they could try making skins for, if you're unsure, based on what kind of coverage we already have for Greenskeeper skins
Below, we have 3 categories of priority (priority being an indicator of how much representation a pose has for this fest): Highest, High, and Lowest. Anything not listed here is considered mid to low priority

In conclusion
Aside from the obvious 3 Ancient Breeds that came out after last Greenskeeper, we have a few poses with no representation. Ridgeback M I think is the most egregious outlier, so I'd love to see some skin options for our pointy boys! The lack of Banescale options is also making me sad.
Finally, if you only have one takeaway from this, let it be this: Please, for the love of god, don't do another Nature fest Wildclaw skin, we have progressed past the need for Greenskeeper Wilclaw skins, why are there OVER 20—

A! Look at this lovely guy I just got, I was inspired to get an ace dragon and shadow jester is too pretty to pass up, especially with black fade matching it so well. I haven't gened them up at all or decided on a breed, but none the less, I'm excited!

i spent 50kt on some AH dragons for my breeding project. both of them were fairly close to want i want so i was thinking how easily i could get it. cause one of them was garunteed the others had a range of like. three to five. so. very easily.
thankfully i checked gender before purchase so i didnt get an M/M or F/F pair. however
i did not check species.
"that's not a problem, really! what are you complaining about?"

they were both ancients. one is an Aberattion and the other is a Sandsurge.
and. and here's the kicker. here's the kicker
the dragon i want is an Auraboa.
am i still keeping them? yes, absolutely, they're cool as hell and i spent money on them. however. WHY DID I DO THAT.

Daisy Dresses Preorders Still Available!
Blue, Red, Pink, and Purple Daisy Dress for Sandsurge F are still available for preorder!
Sunny Dress has now retired* but the other four colors are still available for preorder! Each is 500g, and there's plenty of slots left!
Both Pink and Purple are in the queue, so if you want to grab them for preorder price, now's a good time to do so! They'll be shelved (not retired, but unsure when they'll get reprinted) once they come back (unless we manage to get to a second printing?), with any leftover copies put on the AH for an increased cost. Same will go for Blue and Red when those preorders fill enough to print. :)
* barring convincing bribes for 1-off prints, boo artificial scarcity y/y?

Why are there so many Bogsneak F entries this year??
I'm seeing a lot of variants on "bunches of crystal structures" in a specific pattern/style. If you're thinking on taking a crystal angle, probably spice it up a bit with some unique shapes or layouts
Aside from the obvious brown and gold, a lot of blue/purple leaning. More green, red, and pink would probably go a ways.
A lot of objectively good skins I don't think will get in since they rely too much on "clothing", aka good UMA material, but not-so-much for fest skins. I don't particularly feel like noting those stats down at the moment, but it is definitely a factor to consider when deciding what competition you want to pick.
