more lizards! this time it's an eel and a strawby

(unnecessary rambles under the cut)

i headcanon that eel lizards are a nearly fully aquatic species of lizard that inhabit deep sea regions, mostly submerged superstructure. they have flattened tails akin to real life aquatic lizards, and use the glow of their heads to attract prey in the deep dark waters. they survive off of smaller creatures since their bite force is quite weak

strawberry lizards are mostly the same to me, except they hide under a thick layer of snow and wait for prey to pass by them to strike. either that or this particular individual just likes being burried in snow
